Hi there, they don’t - what you can do is look through their specification to see if topics are similar(Google AQA GCSE 9-1 specification and you should find it). The same goes for edexcel.
Please do all of science GCSE, and next do Health, Disease and development of Medicines and then core/key practicals from topics 1,2 and 5
