ok, its an awesome video but maybe for future videos try to edit the parts where you are writer a little faster as I found my self just sitting there waiting for you to finish writing it which made me get really bored. And I also had to speed up the video. It's an awesome video though. really helpful.

no, they are not the gametes, but rather were they are produced

Just wondering if the genotype ‘ff’ means that the person has cystic fibrosis? It says ‘ff’ in the video is normal but my revision guide says ‘ff’ is an affected ( with the disease) child🙈 please help!!!!
Zara Adam because cystic fibrosis is a recessive gene, I’m pretty sure ‘ff’ is a cystic fibrosis suffer

For practicals can u plz tell us why we put those things because in exams they always ask us questions like why did u put iced ethanol in? Tnxs
To make the DNA clump together
too extract the dna
iced ethanol is used because DNA is insoluble in that which is why it appears as a white stringy precipitate. Salt is added to clump DNA together and Detergent is added to break down the cell membrane so DNA is relaeased.
