FARKE in the last 9 games managed to scrape a win against Boro and smashed Norwich BUT the other seven games we were garbage garbage tactics as everyone knows how to beat us. One trick pony FARKE with no idea when to change tactics and players as always too late. Wrong team selection ……
Leeds was non-threatening the entire game. This comes down to poor players up front, and poor tactics. Gnonto was outclassed. Piroe was clueless as usual. Rutter has zero finesse or ability to move the ball forward under pressure. Summerville - normally a bright spot - was shut down by Walker-Peters. The midfield was completely outmatched, as it has been all season. No threat, no ball control, no winning fight. The defense was porous. The goal was evidence of that, but so were four other chances where Southampton was easily able to get behind the centerbacks. Rodon and Gruev were lost. Farke - zero ability to rotate the tactics to address the situation on the ground. Bad subs, at the wrong time, with no clear direction. Basically, Martin had Farke’s number all season - precisely because Martin played for Farke and knows his tactics, and knows that Farke won’t attempt to plug the hole, but would rather go down with the ship - even though he could have kept the ship from sinking in the first place. Horrible to watch.
As a Southampton fan I’ve been there many times and I feel that pain! Must have been such a hard watch. Never thought farkle was any good. He talks well just isn’t brave enough to change it in game. I agree about corners. But the argument about center mids not scoring. I think if you play a front 4 then having two defensive midfielders is not a bad thing. What we are looking for is a defensive midfielder that can score. I would guess there are maybe 2-3 in the whole country and certainly out of our price bracket.

I would get rid of Rutter too, he’s far too inconsistent and gives the ball so many times. Kamara was useless and how Gnonto wasn’t hooked at HT is beyond me. Who was supposed to be playing centre forward today? Set pieces an absolute joke. Overall just an excruciating if entirely predictable outcome.

Many Leeds fans are now calling for Farke's head, but for one goal the wrong way, he might be the hero of West Yorkshire. 90 90 90 pts in three of the last four seasons would get you in third position with teams above attaining 91 or more that finish in second place. In the last ten games we dropped 16pts and our form was mid table. We had second place with our destiny in our hands and failed to finish the job. The buck stops with the man in charge.

I include Firpo, Meslier and Bamford in that bracket. Use that to balance the books and buy in some experience for the next push. I also realise there will be a ton of fans who will say 'sell for what?'.....I appreciate the above players won't fetch a ton of cash. But combined hopefully that balances the books...

I think there is an opportunity to change his game management after the lose of all of games during the season with Southampton. We lost 3-1, 2-1 but he didn't change his overall perspectives not only tactical side but also decision for game change. Today...No change again. Farke should be deserved his great results before international break. But, I want to find the reason of failure comes from Farke with the ones mentioned above. Sadly, there is no better choice for another director. I also think he will not be changed as 23/24 season. Just keep watching the movement for rebuilding team by discarding remarkably useless players.

While this is true, it's also true the first month or 2 of the season hurt us.
