You don't need to learn 1000 drum chops and rudiments to speak freely on the drums. It's all about how much you can do with what you already know.
in this lesson, I want to take a dive into the world of subdivisions and help you understand just how powerful they can be!
    0:40 - What Are Subsdivisions?
1:50 - The Paradiddle into Triplets
    3:13 - RLKK
    4:26 - RLK
    6:00 - Swiss Triplet
    7:14 - Conclusion
Happy practising and I'll see you in the next one

I genuinely enjoy the pace at which you teach in these videos. You've got my subscription specifically for leaving out all the filler without sacrificing quality as well as the efficiency in which you impart knowledge. Kudos! Off to watch another. Thank you!

Thank you. They weren't always like that (and I still want to improve them) but it's good to know all the practice has paid off

I'm glad you enjoyed the lesson Bobby. There's no PDF for this one as it's more conceptual lesson but for this kind of stuff (especially if it's hard to hear it) I use groove scribe.
Here's the paradiddles in triplets to get you started!!

Ok that was not easy LoL

Haha yeah definitely not easy first time. If you are struggling to get it down then try the same idea but using singles so either accent every 4th one in triplets or every third in 16ths. This will get you used to the sound and then from there you can change the sticking. Let me know how you get on and what cool stuff you come up with!
