    beautiful Work! congrats!
I can't use Plogue Sforzando with Wine, I don't know why I obtain always the same error about directx... I'm trying now with linuxsampler...

Try SFIZZ (LV2) inside a DAW or just Carla as a host of SFZ for playing "live" with a keyboard.

Two comments on this great work. First i miss body in this peace. I have recorded this score and ran it through LMMS with the equalizer via audiofile processor. I boosted 100 Hz 12 Db with a bandwith of 2 octaves and this improves it, at least in my ears :=).
Secondly i do wonder if a man with your skills could not have done this entirely in LMMS.
I know that lmms in linux does not support windows pluginns and/or soundfonts. Recently i discovered side-chaining in LMMS, if you use it together with the peak controler, you could really let the timpani's (if they are in this peace) lift up while the rest is being brought down a bit. But anyway, you did a great job with the articulation and dynamics of the individual instruments. Thanks for posting. I look forward to the tutorial on how you did the master- and individual track mixing.

Unfortunately LMMS does not support the modulation wheel control that is necessary for this sfz library. The library has layered articulations that are actuated by key velocity (which is fine in LMMS). But then it also has true dynamic triggering (multiple sample layer crossfading) that is controlled with the mod wheel. LMMS has no connection to mod wheel controllers. Of course, this type of sequence could possibly be achieved in LMMS with multiple sounfont layers and intensive crossfading, but the goal is never to stick to a piece of software at any cost of time and effort. The sfz library is meant to reduce the workload dramatically, and it does.
As for the sound... I am curious to hear your tweaked rendering. My experience, playing orchestral sample libraries through various sound systems is that they are much too booming to resemble real symphonic recordings (especially on vehicle sound systems). Real orchestral music is very quiet at low dynamics and relatively thin and bright (unless all instruments are hammering away at a full dynamic level). If you can shoot me a link to your alteration, I'd love to check it out.

@@i-scoresmusic3928 Hi Carl, i have uploaded my modification on soundcloud see link
      soundcloud.com/user-197281390/rubrum-the-color-red-from-carl-irwin-iscore
I had recorded your score in mono, so i cannot give you a stereo file. On car speakers i don't think you can hear the difference, it just eats up some power from the amplification thats all. I make music for pleasure and i am not as skilled as you are, but i love playing with LMMS becourse the ease of use. U are right, LMMS has some shortcommings, for sure, but i still think it is a beautifull program. I am now trying to make the theme of the series Poldark, with your string soundfonts by the way (violin.sf2 first violin). Anyway, my point is i love deep sounds, but maybe it is not appropriate for this song.
P.S. i have seen a video on UA-cam where someone was recording audio with lmms, cannot understand a word.
      ua-cam.com/video/B6cisHLdLGo/v-deo.html
I have tried it but it did not work out, anyway.
Have a healthy and great new year.
