She was friends of Tom Petty, and he played her frequently on his radio show “Buried Treasure.” While not clones by any means, I can see a lot other one in the other. It would have been great to see them perform together. Petty was a real benefactor of hers - encouraging anyone that heard him to search out her music.

I have been listening to The Album Car Wheels on a Gravel Road for 20 years. This is by far the best version of Joy I have heard.
