This is the best tutorial yet !! She was very thorough and precise. I'm not of Ghanaian descent, I understand her well. Great job Sister Lydia !
Four days ago you were interviewed on Tony vibe TV in Italy and now you're cooking tz in Tamale wonderful tati wherever you are just let the videos flow
Hello beautiful Tatiana. You are a great promoter of the culture of your country. thanks for these videos. I send you a big hug from Mexico 🇲🇽
Thanks Maria 🥰
Thank you so much for this new method. I really appreciate you.
Love your channel I’m a cook in the Caribbean and watching your video I’m learning the traditional way of cooking. Gas stove is wrong the correct way is open flames wood stove 👍
❤️
Looks very delightful and healthy 😋
Thanks 😊
Taty! Tamale has all sorts of skills, and you are putting it on display for the whole world💥💥💥! This is what makes UA-cam so great! But I must say that TZ is a very labor intensive activity. The stirring alone requires some muscle💪🏾💪🏾. You have a knack and ability to take us close to the food making process like many cannot. Your UA-cam and presentation skills are rare and top notch. You are always engaging with the activity and show genuine curiosity as how it is made and what the completed outcome is. The bowl at the end was very appetizing, and was expecting you to go through a tasting test🍽🍽🍴🍴. You usually taste and that is what makes your videos fire🔥🔥🔥🔥! We have become used to your tasting prowess and look forward to it. It is becoming part of your trademark. As always great content as usual, and keep it flowing❤.
Thanks for sharing Miss Tatiana God bless you both 🙏 looks very tasty USA ARKANSAS 🇺🇸

This is the best tuo zaafi, which last long and can be eaten with grinded pepper with fish.
I'm the first here. Wow 👏😮 great tutorial
🥰
Oh sister Lydia is a lovely lady, nice video
This is original TZ
I don’t know why people keep adding konkonte flour
Yeah. This is the original. I'm from upper east and this is how we prepare our sakbo.
😀👍🏾
Great video, we don’t eat this in the US. I notice you guys don’t pronounce the flour word like we do, we say Flower not flour.. I am going to try this but I don’t know how I am going to cook this? We don’t cook outside but just to barbecue.. love your content!💕
I lol'd
Interesting
You’re right..
The correct pronunciation is flower
Karen.... 😏 why did I wonder?!... Greetings to US
Hmmm Karen seems fitting…

😍
I've noticed most of your cookware is solid Aluminum. Is that common in Ghana?
Yep
It can last for more than two weeks depending on how you store it
Hey haina,,,
What if after doing it I don’t want to eat it right away should I wait for my corn flour to cool down before I wrap it with a rubber?
it would become hard , you can store it in a cooler instead of the rubber
@@banyidene9490 okay thanks
Was salt added off camera or it salt isn’t added to TZ at all
We call it Kabato in Ivory Coast and we do it the same way she does without cassava flour.
What do you eat it with?
Oh wow . I heard of that
Same with us in DRCONGO.
Tati❤️❤️
Sandra 🥰
This is 'Akple'. In the Volta region, we call it ' Ewor kple'
This is the original northern tuo... Akple and northern tuo has the same preparation, but the Akple is harder than the tuo which is the softer version.
👍💞💞💞💞
Akple or TZ?. Akple prepared the same way. Which type of flour used?. Is it only corn flour?
Masa this is the original tuo, the one with kokontey is the improvised one. Akple and tuo has the same style of preparation, but tuo is very soft.
❤️❤️❤️❤️👌👌👌
Im in ❤with u
😀👍
Please is salt added to tz
Paper ..paste ..ready
Sis ❤
Sissy 💋
This is akple
Did u add salt?
No please
Ma pls I want to have a. deccussion with u
🥰🥰🥰😍
😘
Please why didn’t you add kokonte to it
Come to bawku for real T.Z ok
The lady preparing the food is from Bawku
🙋♀️🌹❤️🌹❤️🌹❤️🌹❤️🙋♀️
This is the Congolese FUFU now!
Wow
This the original tuo, not that chop bar one!
💦🌾The name is called fermented water 💧 🙄
Is not true in Sunyani we have kokonti and tz we never call kokonti tz because is 2 different type of food you can find out if you go back to Sunyani ok ?
I never said Sunyani people call Tz kokonte. I said they call Tz , abetie , which in Kumasi we use that for kokonte . 😊 and is diehuo in Kumasi
That woman can touch a hot pot without her hand burning?
Yeeeeeessssss 😅
@@TatianaHaina superwoman
Please can you show us how to kill a chicken under your barefeet?
Clown, go back to circus!
This is also the fake TZ
Why is it fake? Some prepare it without kokonte and sometimes it depends on the soup. This one goes well with groundnut soup with hibis(the fresh sobolo flower).
Exactly 😝
Gyimiee!!!
