So I’ve used a bonnet for a while now - and it works. But nothing like a scarf - thanks for the push!! With a bonnet my curls stay together and don’t frizz but they DEF need plumping as they get flattened a whole lot. The scarf though…holy cow; for the first time in 49 years of curl learning, I literally just shook and left the bathroom!! Game changer!!!

Wow I love your hair!!! Gorgeous. Did you use the 3in1 without rinsing? Do you use it every time you wash? And did you use any gel or just the 3in1? I have type 2b curls I believe so more wavy, would lus products weigh my hair down?
My curl pattern actually tightens up the next day. I have mixed hair type, with fine sections and medium sections, mostly 3A but there's some 2C in there with a single tiny piece that's like 2B, and also a small section that's 3B, so it's crazy! On day one my hair will dry into a mostly 3A pattern, but then day 2 all I do is put a dime size to nickel size dollop of product in my hand, and then spray my hand (NOT my hair) with water to really dilute the little dollop, then I spread that in "problem" areas, carefully smoothing then lightly scrunching. And suddenly most my hair is closer to 3B than 3A. So weird!
This is exactly what I do at night to keep my curls defined the next day & also keep the oils/products off my face when I sleep at night cos I have acne prone skin 😞

Maybe it’s just down to personal preference! But mine just got poofy and stretched out after a few hours.😅 Was hoping for more future options for more hold!
