Ps3 super slim error code 8002F1F9

There was a problem updating the system software.
Restart the PS3 system. The system software update should start again automatically. If the problem persists, visit eu.playstation.com/contact to contact Customer Support.
Stuck on the update loop!#8002F1F9
The system update is stopped when it reaches 60% and it shows the error code#8002F1F9.
When I restarts the system, the system update starts from the beginning directly and repeats the same problem.

i've seen more than enough of this error code lol, i have 25conosles with this error but don't have the equipment to fix them lol. and always knew that the problem was from the motherboard
