To get a rock drake your better off getting a reaper since they are easy to knock out also to get a rock drake you need to get eggs

Its a free DLC, depending on the platform you're playing on it should be downloadable from game add ons if I remember correctly or perhaps clicking on the map and it giving you a download option from there?
