@@dianavaldez3371 They were two separate charges. The plea deal dismissed the felony gun charge in exchange for a guilty plea on the two tax charges. It also prohibited charging Hunter Biden for any future crimes even if evidence showed crimes had been committed. That's where the judge said 'NO', even when the two sides said the deal was OK by them.

You left out the fact that Hunter's attorney also called - impersonating a Representative's attorney to falsely revisions and amicus brief filing. The judge's clerk verified it was not a misunderstanding, but a misrepresentation.
It fell apart because justice dept. Own rules says you must charge the most serious crime . . . . which is FARA. The judge asked when that charge would be coming and that is when the deal fell through.
Imagine the prosecution is hired by the accused father AND the defense team is also hired by the father of the accused...the only thing missing to complete this corrupt sandwich is a bribed or biased judge 😅

How about tell them everything. Someone from Hunter's legal team called the Judge and tried to get evidence removed saying they were Republican and on the committee investigating Hunter. Well they got caught and Judge started asking questions and told them she wasn't going to be there rubber stamp. Then she ask if there is investigations still going on. They had to say yes and thats about when everything fell apart. His legal team thought he get this deal and then have immunity against ever getting crimmal charges brought up on him again. There nothing wrong with that right. Good for the Judge to ask questions. Now she gave them till Sept to rewrite it. Or it goes to trial that why he had to plea.

Amazing to see something akin to accurate news on an ABC station. Probably should have included mentioning the judge's question to the government goons about whether anything like the terms of the sweetheart plea deal (the terms of which are STILL NOT public) have ever been used before in federal court, and their response of 'never'.

Lawyer's win their case by how well they present their case before the Judge, you know they do their homework. The Judges reaction to Hunters Lawyer's is absolute proof they have no case.
