    Could you please ans this q with reasoning.

      The question is flawed as written, so no answers work. If the word "entend" were changed to "extent," then choice D would work. There are two independent clauses, and even though we could also start the last sentence with "though" (choice A), the logic wouldn't hold up. It would create a contrast between the last two sentences when they agree with each other.
