***NOTE At 8:00 I accidentally highlighted the y-intercepts instead of the top and bottom of the circle. The top y-value was actually 9.5 and the bottom was -10.5.
For the last problem as long as you know with isosceles triangles 2 of the sides/angles are equal to eachother you can add up the 50+50 and look for the angle that if added to 50+50 is over 180 degrees (option D). This works bc the only way a large angle (like 90+) in an isosceles triangle could work is that it is the angle that isnt part of the 2 shared angles.
i have to increase my lowly 1120 to 1400 by December 7th, i think i might be cooked but, it helps i have full entire days to study, idk what to do tysm for this guide 😭😭
Well I have plenty of videos for you to work through, and definitely take advantage of the course if you're having any trouble with Standard English Conventions.
sir, sometimes i am unable to differentiate between a statement and a question? like the one in this question. Psychophysicist Howard Moskowitz was hired by a soda company to determine how much artificial sweetener ____ After conducting consumer taste tests, he found that no such ideal existed: participants expressed a wide range of preferences for different blends of sweetener, carbonization, and flavoring. Which choice completes the text so that it conforms to the conventions of Standard English? A. do most people prefer in a diet drink? B. do most people prefer in a diet drink. C. most people prefer in a diet drink? D. most people prefer in a diet drink. Can you please explain, how to solve these questions? I will be really really Thankful to you.
I might need to include something like this in an international SAT course if I make one. For this particular example, the infinitive "to determine" sets off a statement. And then we just need to remember that statements don't require "do" insertion, so our answer is D.
@@Esthetic-Shorts I wish it were so simple, but that's not a rule. I was only speaking to this particular question. Like I said, it would take a video to explain in more detail.
That was my bad-I accidentally highlighted the y intercepts instead of the top and bottom of the circle. The top y-value was actually 9.5 and the bottom was -10.5.
Lol, the sat in my opinion is highly unpredictable. So even if you get it up tonight, it's not guaranteed that it will be your new score forever or what you would get on tomorrows exam. I'm in the same situation as you!! Wishing you all the luck for tomorrow!!
As a professional tutor who has been working with students on the SAT for 4 years, I have to disagree. The same question types show up pretty consistently on the exams. The only time this was skewed was at the beginning of the year as the exam went digital and College Board was still figuring the new format out.
man, I've been struggling with the y=mx+b for so so long and finally found someone who helped me understand the entire thing so easily, thanks a lot sir.
Please help tomorrow is my sat exam but in my psat I am only getting 830-850s but I wanna bring above 1200 😢😢😢 I only have few hours left please give me some advice

15:25 isn’t it weight not length? because 2w is 2 * weight?
Like I said in the video, the slope corresponds with the y value (which is l in this problem) not the x value (which is w in this problem).
