    I take chia seeds over night soaked with lemon water and i drink that every day morning first thing in day bfore my breakfast and tea and i dont see weight difference but i surely see SKIN GLOW 🥰

      Roti laaal atay bajray etc ki khayen . Chawal opt for brown rice if it’s needed .

      @masoodch.4921 w.salam mn intermittent fasting kr rhi hun morning mn 12 bj 1 glass hot water with chia seed half hour bad breakfast mn 70 g chappati 2 boil egg with yogurt. ..us k bad after noon mn 1 apple n black peas ak muthi then 6 bj chai us k bad 6.30 pr ak brawn bread ka slice with salad n koi bhi Salan...kbhi dinner mn rice bhi leti hun 7 bj eating window close..thn zeera kehwa

    Ap ko Ma kb se dekh rhi hun ap diet follow kr rhin. But ma ne dekha hai ap k inches ab km nhi ho rhy apka weight n physique ruk gai hai aik certain motapy per.
    Jitna motapa tha wo km zrur hua ha but ab ap kuch b kr lain ap itni hi rahain gin.

      I am happy with my weight for now .
      Have been focusing on maintaining this .
      I do gain a couple of kgs when I am off track . But then I stick to this weight .
      Don’t want to be a size zero . Don’t want to be skinny .
      I got there and didn’t like the way I was . But trying not to gain any more weight. That’s my goal .
