Ap ko Ma kb se dekh rhi hun ap diet follow kr rhin. But ma ne dekha hai ap k inches ab km nhi ho rhy apka weight n physique ruk gai hai aik certain motapy per. Jitna motapa tha wo km zrur hua ha but ab ap kuch b kr lain ap itni hi rahain gin.
I am happy with my weight for now . Have been focusing on maintaining this . I do gain a couple of kgs when I am off track . But then I stick to this weight . Don’t want to be a size zero . Don’t want to be skinny . I got there and didn’t like the way I was . But trying not to gain any more weight. That’s my goal .
