225/30% overs injectors, return style fuel system, lift pump with a sumped tank, o dawg manifold, upgraded HPop, studs are optional but highly recommended, will get you 600 or real close to it.
@@klikliks_service my bad forgot to include it. If you want to keep Vgt you can use a kc stage 3 or like csup65 said if you want non Vgt you can use a smeding S369 or a borgwarner s400.
This is a pretty loaded question. I would recommend calling KC turbos once you can answer these questions. How are you going to use the truck? What elevation are you at? Desert or Antarctica? 2wd with small tires or lifted on 44s? Street? Towing? Racing? They have a street package at 580 with 190/30s and a stage 2 VGT. They have a Hot Street Package that makes 650+ with 205/75s and a stage 3 VGT. No matter what, I'd recommend head studs. Mandatory in my book, and I'd do O-ringed heads myself. The turbo and the tuning are what will dictate how well it is to live with.

I'm going to do 77 f150 on a 6.0 frame. I want 600hp. What's a good setup.
