Maybe you should venture out to greater Kuala Lumpur area in the suburbs. There are lots to see and eat too as they tend to be home for the locals. Prices are cheaper and traffic is better too.😅
Yeah, you can buy property in Kuala Lumpur, but without permanent residency, there's the risk that you can't live there if your visa expires and you can't renew it.
They have amusement parks in shopping centres, niche sports like fpv racing that is not in many cities anywhere in the world. They have plenty of escape rooms, vr gaming rooms, karaoke bars, and nightclubs. It ranked 6 in the most visited cities in the world in 2023. So it's really hard to agree with you on this one.

Great video.. short and on point! Love the idea of having a separate office area in a rental. What building did you stay at?

I'm looking forward to going to Kuala Lumpur the end of the year. Have you been to Langkawi? I'm considering heading there also.
Not yet! I have a trip planned for later this year too. So I'll be heading there after spending a few months in Thailand. Enjoy your holiday.
The end of the year Malaysia will experience the rainy season so I suggest coming to Malaysia in February or March.
No doubt food is the engine that drive tourism here

Merdeka 118 will open publicly end of 2024
Yes, the shopping mall should be great. Just a short walk from Pasar Seni, too.
Problem is long term visa has no PR attached.

Rent first please, every other cost is of limited significance in comparison....
Yes, I am only doing short term rentals for now.
