I think One bulb put in 12 to 14 inches pot because they are healthy bulbs it's too congested

I totally ageee. This year when I get them again, I will follow your advise. I have a major love for lilies as well.

Those 3 will need a pot at least 2 feet across…they are huge plants. And be patient, they may take a year or two to flower as the bulb needs to establish & grow a bit to flower
