Julia is an immortal, she has lived for a very long time. She was tortured to become an immortal, all her life, Julia travels everywhere, hiding her abilities. She often helps people. She is a good doctor and always helps people around her. Julia first met Nick Edwards when he injured his hand. She helped him and the two have known each other since then. Julia only appeared in Nick's childhood for 5 months and then she had to move away. They only really met again when Nick became a musician and went on tour at the age of 21. They weren't too connected, they both fell in love when Nick was 35.

Something else that’s sad is that we see her forgetting through the drawings, with the first bout mainly having his eyes heir and most things but his mouth, the second he forgets his features but remembers his shape, and the last is just scribbles, like she tried to remember, desperately pulling on the last remains of her mortal lover, but the rope finally snaps and she forgets him, angrily scribbling at her attempts before and any new attempts just being abstract scribbles.

that's what a lot of people don't understand about immortality. being immortal means you live forever. you quite literally have all the time in the world to experience everything, both old and new. but everything, truly means everything. emotions. you'll experience happiness. you'll experience anger. you'll experience shock. you'll experience confusion and realization, relief and ecstasy. but you'll also experience fear. you'll experience pain. you'll experience loss and sorrow. when you live forever, loss is inevitable. your friends, your family. everyone you know and care for, you will lose someday. and when they leave, you won't be able to go with them. you will be forced to live on eternally, only bringing them with you in memory. that cycle will repeat. over and over and over and over again until you lose all sense of who you are or who you used to be. you'll lose the memories of those that you loved. you'll lose the memories of the people you cared for. you'll lose everything and you won't have a way to stop it, because you live forever. you can never end the infinite cycle of loss and pain. you find people that care for you, you find love, you find happiness, but you're forced to let it all go one day. the endless cycle of pain and suffering will continue forever until you're nothing but a shell, an empty and emotionless husk of who you once were. immortality is the most cruel curse disguised as a blessing. it always has been, and it always will be.
That’s exactly the reason why I want immortality. I want to have an eternal experience. Both happiness and sadness, learning and forgetting, hating and forgiving. I want to do everything, see everything. Not just on earth, but throughout the totality of time. I want to watch as a star takes its final breaths, I want to see a planet form over millennia’s. I want to watch a new species evolve over time and then eat that species, or maybe genetically engineer a species of my own. I want to see how our world ends. Until the universe itself dies and everything returns to the void. Only then will I be satisfied with my experience. To me, the real curse is that this experience ends.

I can't remember my dad's voice anymore. My birthday this year will mean I've been without him as long as I had him. My mother walked me down the aisle 6 years after he died and we cried together. It feels childish to say it's not fair, but it isn't. My mom lost the love of her life; my siblings and I lost our father; my grandmother, no matter how much I dislike her, had to bury her son. Ok heres one Shadow was thrown into a orphanage by her parents the orphanage took a loan from a lab but they couldn’t pay so they took shadow for the debt the staff tried to fight back but couldn’t when she was taken to the lab she grew there for years being constantly r@ped by the men they accidentally killed her by setting her brain on fire her resent corrupted her soul with her in the lab for years even after she escaped the misery never left her and she never moved on as she was wronged she met the spirits of the staff but even with they’re support she was is and will always be empty Edit- hope y’all love the story as it took me forever to come up with the lore of the oc

this is my main OC backstory Ramine was born into a rich abusive family and he was abused and mocked by his parents, his younger brother being the favorite golden child that had everything Ramine ever wanted which was love. Ramine didn’t know how to smile or what happiness was when his parents sold him to a government Laboratory, where he got experimented and abused every single day even get r@ped. Ramine met someone that cared for him or so he thought turns out that person never actually cared about and despised him, so he became an emotionless shell with a broken soul and then he ran away from the laboratory and then he was kidnapped by a famous and dangerous group of vampires where he was used as a blood slave. Ramine finally got saved and started training with a very abusive sensei he became the worlds, greatest swordsman and was known as the Lord of demons but he was still emotionless, not even knowing how to cry when he became friends with a famous hero, and then he sacrificed his life to save the heroes life and he was brought back to life by the Grim Reaper and he continued killing people until he saw the hero again and actually smiled for the first time in his entire life. and that’s his story😅
Im 25 right now got married 4 years ago to my wonderful wife sayuri and man was she great this short alone made me shed tears thinking of her after her passing from cancer now im suffering the same fate as her and im just as excited to pass on and meet her as i was when i first met her.

Being immortal, this really hits close to home. Seeing everyone around you leave eventually, it truly hurts more than any pain I've felt in all the centuries I've lived, and it never hurts less when it inevitably happens again, you just learn to deal with it better, but the pain is always there, some more than others, but when you've met the person who you loved more than anyone in eternity and they leave you, that, is one of the most painful things I've ever felt.

I think you're grossly underestimating what it means to be immortal. Yes you may become a "hero" but how many people will you see be born and die before the light leaves your eyes. Everyone you will love will die before you, you will live long enough to see everything die including reality itself until you're just floating into nothing for eternity
I made a Character several years ago, he's nearly 7yrs old now and He was my first ever serious creation. His name is Despair- when I wrote him it was during the most regrettable depressing part of my life, I found it easier to write how I felt abstracted. His existence is nothing but agony and suffering- for all eternity. Even capable of dying but never permanently, unable to sleep and to dream. His story stuck in a infinite loop he simply can't break from and he has to watch everyone he loves die- again and again but nothing broke his heart more then watching his adopted daughter die in his arms. The pain and grief he felt he eventually becomes the literal embodiment of Despair- incapable of moving on. It's depressing maybe to the point it's unnecessary but despite everything he's still Kind even more than ever before. Beyond compassionate, Beyond Loving and Caring- Because he wouldn't dare wish for another to experience the pain he has. Imagining a character such as that and still somehow almost miraculously he can find the strength to walk forward. A Character such as that to me is stronger than anything in creation I can see a scenario with Despair by his daughters side- somehow in some way she was brought back and now he has to witness her die all over again. With him gently holding her hand and apologizing for not being strong enough to protect her or anyone, before stopping his self depreciation when she grasps his face wearing her lively smile just to say you were a wonderful experience. Despair would naturally get choked up hearing such kind words, not wanting to cry yet he can't stop himself from silently weeping right in front of her before saying "You were everything" and in the final moment Despair would hold her hand that was against his cold body as her strength slowly began to fade growing limp in his hand. Despite seeing her die many many times before he never could help but scream in agony as if his very soul was being torn apart from the pain, yet he continues trying to find the will to live for everyone and everything that was lost. A Man with a unbreakable spirit in a life full of endless tragedy- That is pure strength and unbelievably empowering to me

Also fun fact Their will be only 3 arcs which each one named "The Beginning, The Middle and The End" apart from his entire story stuck in a loop Despair has a corrupted save in his destroyed world that works as a continue point meaning unlike a Save Point which basically works as Time travel in the game cause you literally have the point of space and time saved. Despairs Corrupted Save specifically has The Space saved so instead of going back in time to when the save was made he simply reappears at the space the save was made. But given the properties of his Corrupted world the worlds "space" is undefined meaning whenever he does die he doesn't return to the original space but will appear in a similar space. Whenever he dies he will wake up with his corrupted world connected to an entirely new Multiverse that Despair has never interacted with. The only way to travel to different multiverses within the UnderTale Extended universe or the UEU will be to find and ride a World Whale. World Monsters are a Hyper giant versions of existing animals that are so fundamentally massive to the point their mass and density push and warp time and space around them allowing them to swim through time, space and the void the absence of existence between worlds, timelines and multiverses.

This is kind of like Yushiro and Lady Tamayo after Tamayo died. Yushiro became a famous painter known for drawing a picture of one lady specifically. As time went on the paintings became less and less like Tamayo and it drove him crazy knowing he couldn't remember the love of his life anymore. I think he khs so he could finally be with Tamayo again after 100 years.

Had your immortal children to be with you, for eternity. Sure you will not be with your wife/husband, but its better since theres a pieces of memories with you (your children)
I'd just die because being an immortal means too much work to do. I don't work overtime for free nor do I have the enthusiasm to keep hiding my immortality from the government until I sleep with one eye open for centuries. Even building a family and watching them die is too mentally exhausting. Fuck that sh*t

I can't remember my dad's voice anymore. My birthday this year will mean I've been without him as long as I had him. My mother walked me down the aisle 6 years after he died and we cried together. It feels childish to say it's not fair, but it isn't. My mom lost the love of her life; my siblings and I lost our father; my grandmother, no matter how much I dislike her, had to bury her son. I'd give too much to have an audio or video clip of him. I'm no immortal, but I feel her grief intimately. Thank you for this amazing animation.

Shadow was thrown into a orphanage by her parents the orphanage took a loan from a lab but they couldn’t pay so they took shadow for the debt the staff tried to fight back but couldn’t when she was taken to the lab she grew there for years being constantly r@ped by the men they accidentally killed her by setting her brain on fire her resent corrupted her soul with her in the lab for years even after she escaped the misery never left her and she never moved on as she was wronged she met the spirits of the staff but even with they’re support she was is and will always be empty

Yōko grew up with the highest form of love for the sea. She adored the ways the waves danced and so did her people. She grew up thinking how lovely, peaceful, and absolutely marvelous her island was and her people. She thought they were the only ones in the world up until she learned that there were others through her family's business of exporting goods.
Once she was old enough, she was sent alone on a business trip for the first time. Midway through her trip Yōko felt the most gut wrenching feeling and sailed back home alone completely abandoning her sales.
She found that her whole island and people were purged. Deleted from the maps by the government, for what reason? That's what Yōko is trying to figure out. o(^▽^)o

Ramine was born into a rich abusive family and he was abused and mocked by his parents, his younger brother being the favorite golden child that had everything Ramine ever wanted which was love.
Ramine didn’t know how to smile or what happiness was when his parents sold him to a government Laboratory, where he got experimented and abused every single day even get r@ped. Ramine met someone that cared for him or so he thought turns out that person never actually cared about and despised him, so he became an emotionless shell with a broken soul and then he ran away from the laboratory and then he was kidnapped by a famous and dangerous group of vampires where he was used as a blood slave. Ramine finally got saved and started training with a very abusive sensei he became the worlds, greatest swordsman and was known as the Lord of demons but he was still emotionless, not even knowing how to cry when he became friends with a famous hero, and then he sacrificed his life to save the heroes life and he was brought back to life by the Grim Reaper and he continued killing people until he saw the hero again and actually smiled for the first time in his entire life.

Being immortal, this really hits close to home. Seeing everyone around you leave eventually, it truly hurts more than any pain I've felt in all the centuries I've lived, and it never hurts less when it inevitably happens again, you just learn to deal with it better, but the pain is always there, some more than others, but when you've met the person who you loved more than anyone in eternity and they leave you, that, is one of the most painful things I've ever felt.

I think you're grossly underestimating what it means to be immortal. Yes you may become a "hero" but how many people will you see be born and die before the light leaves your eyes. Everyone you will love will die before you, you will live long enough to see everything die including reality itself until you're just floating into nothing for eternity

I love this so much, the animation, the story, the emotion. I’ve watched this at least 30 times in a row, this makes me so sad but I love it
I made a Character several years ago, he's nearly 7yrs old now and He was my first ever serious creation. His name is Despair- when I wrote him it was during the most regrettable depressing part of my life, I found it easier to write how I felt abstracted. His existence is nothing but agony and suffering- for all eternity. Even capable of dying but never permanently, unable to sleep and to dream. His story stuck in a infinite loop he simply can't break from and he has to watch everyone he loves die- again and again but nothing broke his heart more then watching his adopted daughter die in his arms. The pain and grief he felt he eventually becomes the literal embodiment of Despair- incapable of moving on. It's depressing maybe to the point it's unnecessary but despite everything he's still Kind even more than ever before. Beyond compassionate, Beyond Loving and Caring- Because he wouldn't dare wish for another to experience the pain he has. Imagining a character such as that and still somehow almost miraculously he can find the strength to walk forward. A Character such as that to me is stronger than anything in creation
I can see a scenario with Despair by his daughters side- somehow in some way she was brought back and now he has to witness her die all over again. With him gently holding her hand and apologizing for not being strong enough to protect her or anyone, before stopping his self depreciation when she grasps his face wearing her lively smile just to say you were a wonderful experience. Despair would naturally get choked up hearing such kind words, not wanting to cry yet he can't stop himself from silently weeping right in front of her before saying "You were everything" and in the final moment Despair would hold her hand that was against his cold body as her strength slowly began to fade growing limp in his hand. Despite seeing her die many many times before he never could help but scream in agony as if his very soul was being torn apart from the pain, yet he continues trying to find the will to live for everyone and everything that was lost. A Man with a unbreakable spirit in a life full of endless tragedy- That is pure strength and unbelievably empowering to me

@@Aquariosus so narratively speaking his entire story is in a constant loop. Meaning when his story reaches the end it'll loop back to the Beginning. Also fun fact Their will be only 3 arcs which each one named "The Beginning, The Middle and The End" apart from his entire story stuck in a loop Despair has a corrupted save in his destroyed world that works as a continue point meaning unlike a Save Point which basically works as Time travel in the game cause you literally have the point of space and time saved. Despairs Corrupted Save specifically has The Space saved so instead of going back in time to when the save was made he simply reappears at the space the save was made. But given the properties of his Corrupted world the worlds "space" is undefined meaning whenever he does die he doesn't return to the original space but will appear in a similar space. Whenever he dies he will wake up with his corrupted world connected to an entirely new Multiverse that Despair has never interacted with. The only way to travel to different multiverses within the UnderTale Extended universe or the UEU will be to find and ride a World Whale. World Monsters are a Hyper giant versions of existing animals that are so fundamentally massive to the point their mass and density push and warp time and space around them allowing them to swim through time, space and the void the absence of existence between worlds, timelines and multiverses.

This is kind of like Yushiro and Lady Tamayo after Tamayo died. Yushiro became a famous painter known for drawing a picture of one lady specifically. As time went on the paintings became less and less like Tamayo and it drove him crazy knowing he couldn't remember the love of his life anymore. I think he khs so he could finally be with Tamayo again after 100 years.
