I love seeing the behind the scenes videos. The video really portrays a sense of play and kind of a carefree feel like a couple of friends who just decided on whim to go make a big, colorful mess in zero G. But seeing the kind of effort and dedication that went into it and the discussions on the visual impact and the conceptual reasoning behind different prop choices really makes it clear how much went into producing that effortless impression. It's more like watching real art being created than just a little fun floating around. Well done.
Agreed, I would have loved to hear from them. Although I do feel for the blonde at 6:07 when she hits her knees on the flight deck coming out of the spin too low.
Upside Down and Inside Out is my favorite video. The words of the song have a deep allegorical meaning to me about our current experience as humans. What an amazing blend of color and joy. Kudos for making a real video and not using CGI.
So it's actually real paint in the balloons? I've been trying to figure that out...it looks like paint in the air, but after a take, the guys look mostly just wet - like maybe it's somehow mostly water. And cleaning the set after each take must have been a PITA....except that it looks more easily cleanable than paint, somehow.
So, this is apparently the last BTS video there will be from UDIO? Really? You are going to continue to ignore what was one of the best things about this video - the ladies, Anastasia and Tatyana? You can't do a BTS featuring them? All the BTS videos and just occasional glimpses of them in the background? You do an entire video devoted to props. I guess you don't regard them highly enough to consider them even as "props".
Are you guessing on their names? At first, I assumed that they were Russian ballet dancers, but in one of the BTS videos one of them talks and it sounds like she has an American accent, so their names are probably Jenifer and Jessica.
Anastasia Burdina and Tatyana Martynova. They are Russian Aerialists. Look up their Facebook and Instagram pages. The voice you heard on a video was probably an interpreter speaking.
Youschtube - Yes, you are probably right. They would NEVER want any attention or publicity from this. It might further their show business careers, and I'm sure they would not want that Noooooo.
I am infatuated with this video. The creative adventure these folks went through is to be envied, other than the nausea, of course. Thanks for these 'making of' vids'. I really like the new Morton Salt campaign, One Moment.
So, you know we all love OK Go, and we really love the innovative, fun, wonky videos. You should also learn that we love the BTS videos as well. Sure, we would all love to hang out with these guys and play with them. But since we cant be there in person, let us live vicariously through the BTS videos. Give us a glimpse of the hard work and dedication, the scores of takes, the "blooper reels", the creative process. We can't get enough. - Plus, way to keep in the spotlight; teasers, music video, then the BTS vids. Cant wait for the next one.
...but you gotta give em props...
NO
GET OUT
Unidrw eyyyyyy

My favorite moment of the whole video is still when the piñata flies by the screen in the last few seconds.
With the amount of Behind the Scenes from this music video I can tell that you are very proud of this piece. And may I say rightly so!
HEYEY, I'M A CHAIN!
YOUR NAME AND PROF PIC AH
I hope they have a video coming for the flight attendants. They were amazing!
Agreed, I would have loved to hear from them. Although I do feel for the blonde at 6:07 when she hits her knees on the flight deck coming out of the spin too low.
You can actually see them training in some shot in the room behind the closed curtain. (when the curtain is not closed obviously)
I want to be like Sergei tbh.
Upside Down and Inside Out is my favorite video. The words of the song have a deep allegorical meaning to me about our current experience as humans. What an amazing blend of color and joy. Kudos for making a real video and not using CGI.
Wow I didn't notice that there were animals inside of the piñatas. I assumed it was candy haha.
trish has a crush on sergei's spirit. i can feel it from here
SERGEI IS THE BUSINESS
That moment when Andy's like "If I don't get in this effin seat in time they'll make me do it again. 7:00
You should do a video in black and white and it continuously adds more colors through out the video.
Hey! I'm a Chain! LOL
Sergei is the star of this video.
I love the BTS videos.
You guys are epic.
(watching serge play with the food and liquids and I thought) I think I found my dream job :D
Этот клип просто ШЕДЕВР!!!
2:34 Why does Sergei look like Intern Joe from CowChop?
Is it safe to be floating around with needles on your fingers?
P3dotme most likely not. But we do stuff that maby could kill us every day
I bet bubbles would have looked amazing in the thunderdome sequence. Throw in a few bubble machines for instant floaty sparkles!
Why didn't they try spinning the chain? Centrifugal motion would have made it a perfect, levitating circle.

The real question is, what happened to Damian's cape?
NGL the spinning iPad with the video at 0:32 looks awesome
Trish you are a master choreographer. Please don't ever stop. Not sure how OK GO will top a zero G video but somehow I know you will.
Drew
I thought that the thumbnail said
"Tim Nordwind"
Badass
Is anyone else getting motion sickness from watching these videos?
I hope OK GO gave a good tip to the person who cleaned the plane afterwards..
I don't like mess. I gave them thumbs down.
Колоссальная работа! Браво, ребят! / Сolossal work! Bravo, guys!
keep them coming!!! the behind-the-scenes videos, the music videos, the everything!!!
You should have tried spray string!
I love the "rain" at the end.
The music sucks but the video is pretty cool!

I'd like a whole video just on that backwards, ankle grabbing flip!
Are you guessing on their names? At first, I assumed that they were Russian ballet dancers, but in one of the BTS videos one of them talks and it sounds like she has an American accent, so their names are probably Jenifer and Jessica.

What was the budget of the video?
киньте ссылочку на сергея :D
But I still don't get how the balls stop flying around the middle of the music video?
These are 20 second long clips together because it can only be zero gravity for 20 seconds at a time.
Brilliant concept...Must have taken a ton of money to produce....but what a great visual!
Why didn't they try spinning the chain? Centrifugal motion would have made it a perfect, levitating circle.

"to nail down the prop selection" that's real funny OkGo, real funny.

I noticed the animals coming out of the pinatas and it made my day. Great choice!
+Rachel Gray animalception
01:17 That Sergei guy looks like the youtuber "Bentimm1" haha!
the women in the shots starting from 5:48 look like they had a really hard time, some of those look like they might have been painful dang
I just didin’t like the part of throwing food away
Okay hot new scoop, use a confetti canon, how sick would it have been to see something just shoot and not stop at all
Impressive how something that looks like so much fun really involves a hell of a lot of work.
Почему здесь так много русских?
воин Тан Суллы возможно, но не в ближайшее время
ананасы
Рашка
Pre-production must have cost thousands of times more than the final
That Piñata moment makes me gasp and smile every freaking time.
Siergay had the best job
In my opinion
Thank you, based Sergei.
holy shit Dan looks tired
talk about clean up dooty
Speechless... Love the actual movie!
I am too in love with Kulash
I love this behind the scenes series
