I'm from Mexico, and my husband (he is from Korea) and I used kimchi to cook tacos. Kimchi tacos! Really delicious!
    Right now I'm hungry!

I am a filipino, the day I tasted kimchi I am instantly fell in love with it. I kept buying until I learned how to make my own version. Korean food is one of my favorite. Now I am living in the US and I am bit by bit introducing my favorite foods to my husband, he love the kimchi cucumber!

I have just made a large batch of Kimchi a week ago. To me a large batch is only 2 Napa Cabbage worth. My husband's friend, Mark, just loves those foods. I'm Japanese but I had learned many Korean cooking from Yutube.

kimchi must be served cold as a side dish. the contrast between cold kimchi and hot rice/food is bomb

When Asians eat they take the whole portion in, and chew, while Westerners, take bites. and chew, lol. Perhaps it's food on chopsticks, vs food on forks/spoons. Which makes sense. I would drop my food if I used chopstick. Large batches of Kimchi, is similar to our canning summer harvest for winter. Americans need to get this into their diet.

Implying every Koreans favorite food is kimchi jjigae is racist. I'm Korean and it is my favorite food. So I don't know why I stated it was racist. I know no other Korean in which it isn't their favorite food. My daughter who is half I guess who has never had it.

I miss my mothers cooking. Arthritis keeps her hands immobile now. Shoulda paid closer attention. Ate Korean food everyday growing up. Chop chey, ja ja myoung, yacky mondu, karbee, bullgogi, and of course Kimchee with everything! I dont know why im telling you this. She always wanted me to go there. Im turning 50 in ten days. I think im going to plan a trip. I got family over there. My dads Irish/Native American, my mom is from Busan, South Korea. Im 6'2 260 lbs. go figure. Anyways, im Billy. Hello.....i like Kimchee too. 🍲🍣😋

    I’m a chef that teaches in a uni ......
She used a ravioli folder! It’s great she is spreading knowledge of a dish but if she truly want to teach her students should she not at least teach them hand made pasta folding because, it’s not that hard if you put in the practice and she is teaching these kids how to cook! Also her pasta dough was kinda thick! Not being bitchy but if you’re going to educate cuisine of any kind you should teach it. My mum sent me round to Rosina’s every Sunday after church and she taught me how to make pasta and those little fried biscuits served in Venice during carnival. She was an angel and if you can teach your kids anything she said “teach them to cook, teach them to swim. One is life the other saves it”! Frikin loved that little lady xxx
