The death toll in Gaza has reached above 10,000, yet the so-called international community, in reality, the Western nations, are deaf to the cries under the rubble. The Israeli war machine no longer worries about redlines as they act in complete impunity. If the hypocrisy of the West was not evident before this crisis, it is clear now that the Liberal World Order was never meant to safeguard the lives and honour of those it deems lesser people.
Amr Abdul Latif was, until recently, a resident and citizen of Gaza. He came to the UK to study for his postgraduate degree at St Andrews University and now works as a software developer. The Western press, even those that show little empathy, present the people of Gaza as lesser human beings who do not have dreams and aspirations. Who are either to be pitied or presented as subhuman. I want to understand what life has been like since 2007, when Israel announced its siege and what the average Gaza actually believes.

Mash’Allah, I absolutely loved this video and just know I will come back to it many times.
In spite of my heart break in recent weeks as I have watched my brothers and sisters do all they can to survive, I have found myself marvelling at what many of them have become despite the challenges of living under the cruelest of occupations; lawyers, doctors, surgeons, journalists, activists and the like.
I wonder if it would be possible to hear from Palestinians; particularly Gazans, detailing their education; perhaps how Hamas has supported their journeys to higher learning and beyond and what it is that motivates them to commit to their learning during times of despair and feelings of hopelessness.

@@sho-na Hamas is to busy stealing humanitarian aid for the building of more rockets to provoke attacks that create more refugees to steal more international aid. Just look at the lavish lifestyles of Hamas leaders in Qatar. They are billionaires who say the refugees are the UN's problem.

This is a great episode, I think we need more voices from Palestine especially Palestinians that were on the ground living an everyday regular life in Gaza or the west bank or the Palestinians that are called "Arabs 48", the more their voices can be shared with the world the more we know what is happening on the ground, your guest was really insightful and articulate. Your podcasts are great and I love listening to them. This one especially was extremely enlightening.
Now I don’t know whether you do this, but there were certain parts of this podcast that must be uploaded in a shorter form. So an edited version with Amr Abdul Latif’s introduction followed by some of the conversation. I say this because people don’t often listen to longer affairs like this, and there were so many great things Amr Abdul Latif said that I think would do great in a smaller form. The part about Hamas for one, how Gaza is the world’s safest place if Israel is put out of the equation, the facts about the Palestinian Authority (I knew they weren’t good, but this…), even the part about the Egyptian government. They all need to be cut into smaller chunks, each with Amr Abdul Latif’s introduction so the viewers know who’s talking and then focused on one point. Again, I don’t know if you do that, but that’s something crucial that should be going on.
Once again, your channel is amazing and I love listening to it not only for information but to pass my time in a constructive way. May Allah let your channel grow, may He let you and your guests soften the hearts of Muslims as well as Non Muslims, may He aid you in spreading awareness, and may He guide many to the truth through you.

The Prophet (saw) said Masjid Al Aqsa. The final army to go out under the command of the Prophet was to conqure Masjid Al Aqsa, may Allah make it easy for them, Ameen

There is no bias or racism in me alhamdulilah, the mere fact that you brought that up shows there may be racism in your heart as that's the first thing that came to your mind.
What's in my heart only Allah knows, you do not have that knowledge, its a very ignorant statement to make of a fellow Muslim or anyone else for that matter.
I'm not even Palestinian, so not supporting a particular race, I gave evidence of hadith
Why jump to the conclusion of racism and not try to understand the situation in Palestine?

I read that it is a Fard upon the Palestinians to repel the occupier, then if they cannot, it becomes a Fard on all neighboring muslims, namely Syria, Jordan and Egypt, and if they cannot, other muslims and so on.

Regarding the Palestinian issue, memorize these names well: Dr. Talal Abu Ghazaleh, who resides in Jordan in the capital, Amman, and is over 85 years old. He is in good health and discusses the Palestinian issue on Arab channels, and he speaks English fluently, and Mustafa Barghouti, Hossam Zomlot.

29:10 four women in Hebron were stripped naked and had their photographs taken by 50 Israeli soldiers only a few weeks before 7th October. The women, in Al-Aqsa itself were beaten on the ground in Al-Aqsa itself and taken captive / hostages. And there are 300 children as well.
Breaks one heart to think about the pain and humiliation these people are put through. It's a tragedy that Palestinians have been suffering for decades. When will it ever end?
They will live their life always in fear and pain. How soldiers can do that?
You will not find one NGO from the west that keeps on pushing the rhetoric of "women empowerment" to even bring it up, supporting it aside.

I know it's hard to migrate , but think carefully, can we stop giving taxes to these government, the answer is no. we can donate but at the same time our tax money is funding these wars. We are trying to help the victims but at the same time our money is contributing to the problems. What benefit it's gonna bring. A six year old Palestinian kid murdered in USA few weeks ago , just because he is a muslim, your life and your children's lives don't have any security and it happened again again, after 9/11, after Iraq war and so on and so forth.
