that blonde smyths lady was brilliant! i love workers that can interact with your kids on that level, it can settle the child down and make it easier for the parents so its definitley important to be able to get on with kids well. in my store we have a few kids that like to come in just to see their favourite staff, i had an older kid today i never seen thank me for talking to him about naruto and dragonball z (cuz im a 90s nerd!) i think he was prob 11 or 12 but it made my day when he said 'see you soon i might come back again just to talk!' i felt for him and am always happy to have a friendly chat with a customer even if they dont intend on buying something.
I always film in Tesco stores (nothing as epic as you do! I just share money saving deals!!) yesterday I was told I couldn’t film as Tesco has tightened security in stores across the UK (due to a prankster UA-camr!) I now know why 😂😂😂
