Watching Niko’s videos lessens my social anxiety because I’m nowhere near as embarrassing as he is lol.

i don't think i can actually imagine being this confident. this man looks like he doesn't shred an ounce of social anxiety
You'll find having job security and making an excessive amount of money no matter how you present yourself to the public due to the public enjoying your brass nature makes confidence relatively easy. The most confident job interviews I've ever had were ones where I:
1.) didn't need the job
2.) knew if I didn't get the job, I'd still be stable
3.) felt like starting a career dishonestly would lead to me being unhappy, so it freed me up to answer questions honestly and genuinely not care if the interviewer did not like me.
If you remember that you aren't just interviewing for a job, but you are interviewing them to see if you even want to work for them, it is easy. Social anxiety is usually a result of feeling like you are on the defensive, like everyone is judging you, and you have to behave a certain way.
Same my Anxiety is so bad I rarely even say hello back to someone because I'm too afraid to even speak, it takes me months to say a single word to new coworkers or people I see frequently but I don't know, I can barely leave my house because I'm so scared, and when I do I'm always on edge, like my entire trip to the grocery store each week I'm usually shaking a lot and constantly looking around and fidgeting with my hair to try and calm myself because I'm petrified of having other Humans around, which I think my fear of leaving the house is completely rational when in the US you could get caught in the middle of a mass shooting at any point anywhere, or you could get jumped and have your things stolen, there's more bad people in the world than good ones by a large percentage so for me it's safer to stay alone and in the house.

As a man of panic attacks, and general anxiety fear is not a solution for anything. Fear by it's nature is not rational it's emotional and could be misleading. Sure risk management is important, you wouldn't be reckless. There are some bad people but most people are more neutral than bad. And risks are everywhere every time. BUT fear is a biggest life sucking, paralyzer there is and it's our heads rationalizing how everything could go wrong. In reality those risks probably are not as bad as you fear it to be. At least in my experience.
I wish I could help but I do struggle with anxiety myself. Tough beast to beat, but it must be tamed or you pay with your life. It sucks. Best luck for you man.

honestly props to the second guy for not just ruling out someone because they have a conviction from the past. Obviously in this case its a bit extreme, but that's really great that people like him are open to helping ex-cons rebuilid their life by getting a job

Both of the interviewers were terrible tbh. I don't really get it because I've had interviews cut short for minor mistakes, but with these two it seems like you could say almost anything and still get the job. I would have cut the interview within the first 25 seconds haha (seriously though).

As a McDonald's employee in Poland I'm surprised how detailed this interwiev is. I worked in 2 different MCs and all it was about was just them explaining to me what I'm supposed to do and how much I'll be paid. They didn't ask me any of those questions. xD
