I just got it, a surprisingly great and simple workout. Don't go too low because you will feel it in your lower back, she has the right idea for sure. Better than a squat, less pressure on your joints especially if you are getting older - you don't need it. You can work up a great sweat and cardio routine.

Hi Brittany, thanks so much for the awesome workout, and I love the idea of your visualization, I was thinking about the origina Disney'sl Snow White and the Seven Dwarves full-length animated movie. The Seven Dwarves are miners and they need to used the small rail wagon car to move rocks and debri while mining, as well as for moving gold, silver and ore, and then they use it for their transportation while in the mine. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience, and I will be coming back to this video for sure. As a new user, at the age of 47, I know I'll never be 17 again, and some things have happened that have altered my physical ability and stamina. I purchased this item about 2 or 3 months ago, I think. Honestly, I used it one time. After recovering from a car accident, I'm back now and excited about it. To be fair, out of the 10 minutes, I completed 8:39, as I rested for a few seconds throughout as needed. I'm starting with no tension belts, and I'm going to work my way up.
should i do this workout permanently? like for how long before i do something else, or can i just stick with this after i am no longer a beginner, if that makes sense.
Yes, your question does make sense. To answer your question, though, No. You should NEVER do one single workout permanently. I’m not sure what your fitness goals are, but, whatever they are, your training program must focus on eliciting adaptations that are specific to these goals. One of the biggest mistakes someone can make on their fitness journey is to perform the same exercises in the same fashion over and over. Ultimately, the body gets used to the same-old, same-old, which diminishes its drive for further adaptation. Eventually, a condition called “monotonous overtraining” occurs, which causes maladaptation of the neuromuscular system. This will slow your progress to a crawl, inevitably leading to a training plateau or regression. Only by continuously progressively imposing novel training stimuli is there an impetus for continued improvement. With that being said, consistent with the principle of individuality, you can and should adjust exercise variables to best suit your genetic makeup, psychological stresses, age, training experience, health status, and recovery rate. The best advice I can give is to remain in tune with your body and be willing to experiment based on your response. I hope this helps answer your question. If you have any other questions, please don’t hesitate to ask. Best of luck with your fitness journey! Don’t forget; We’re always here to help! Sunny Trainer Collin
Broke my ankle and had surgery i need something to help me squat but is this harsh on your foot like would it be putting too much pressure on my ankle ? I’m weight baring and a few months out
Thank you for reaching out. The Row-N-Ride is designed to open your range of motion with pivoting foot pedals so that those who lack ankle mobility are able to squat deeper into their squat, as well as handlebars to help provide additional support. There are 3 height settings on this machine, so if you aren't ready for deep squats, or haven't built the mobility or strength you can keep it on its highest setting to perform more shallow squats until you feel you're ready to progress. As always, we recommend you speak with your doctor or main healthcare provider to determine if this machine is the best fit for you.
Necesito esto en español :(, no entiendo nada. Tengo esa misma máquina, ¿Tengo que contraer el abdomen al usarla? Las partes que quiero trabajar son mis brazos y abdomen :(

thank you.
If you are only using one resistance cord, does it matter which cord you uses like the middle one?
No! They're the same weight for each band.
Thanks😊💯
You're welcome 😊

Is there belly fat loss and strengthning with this machine?
As long as you're dieting and being consistent on exercise you can lose belly fat. Fat is lost through out the whole body though as you burn calories.
How can I purchase it ??
On our direct website or Amazon!
