I just received my row and ride 5 days ago...because of trainer Sidney i am on it daily!!! I already feel and see a difference in how my clothing fits!!! Thank you Sidney!!!🤗
I did this workout again yesterday with my regular workout which is a 10 minute elliptical warm up this row and ride workout which has replaced a 20 minute beginner's workout. And then I follow this with a 10 minute upper body focused workout with some other exercises on the row and ride all with Sydney .6 months ago I lost all my motivation I just didn't want to do anything but now thanks to these workout videos and Sydney who inspired me to start working out again and now my motivation has returned .I better in my self both physically and mentally thank all so much.
Thank you for you teaching, it’s really helpful I do this four days a week and eight miles walk every evening. Hopefully I achieve my goal soon as possible but I can see the results at least some of my clothes feet now for the two weeks row and ride

Just got my rower, only used one band, and was able to repeat the workout, next time definitely going for at least one more band and see how that goes, would love for you to do a 45 minute workout with the machine, that would be an awesome workout!!😉

I love this workout, however, I slide like mad on the seat. I have tried different shorts and adjusted the seat. It kinda messes up my form..... any suggestions?

How do I setup up my machine like this? My seat is much lower and doesn't sit up like the start of this one
