Ni Facebook don't charge for next day .. if you selected 300 rs per day so nay be it'll cut 350 maximum ....

Also it depends if you selected budget per day in the beginning then obviously on 2nd Facebook will charge that amount.... There are two options like one you can select whole compaign budget and 2nd you can select per day budget
