The winx adaptation truly has no excuse on not incorporating the y2k fashion comeback, especially when we saw so many good ones in do revenge.

this was such a breakthrough for coming-of-age movies set in today honestly it’s so underrated for how good it is. one of the v few modern films that does justice to gen z And to coming-of-age classics

Respect how much creative control Cami Mendes had when it came to Drea’s looks. She did a great job working with Jenn K.R. and the costume department to make Drea’s outfits reflect her mental state/ moods. Another reason that makes this movie so great. So many small decisions that are often left out of movie/ TV making, that actually make a larger impact for the viewer … and even the actors’ state of mind when embodying the character.

I think it's the revenge vibe. The 90s/early 2000s had a lot of movies about revenge. It's very John Tucker Must Die/Mean Girls-esque

I think Drea’s dress is more Teal, with green and blue to compliment Eleanor’s burn orange, which has a redder tone to it. Drea’s dress here is my favorite outfit of her’s as well.
