    Can you provide a parts list or part numbers. Especially for the air valves? Id love to do the same setup as you with the tank you guys sell.

      I second this. Would love a parts list for those air valves.

    Links to all the parts please
    Also how are ppl filling these up if you are out in the boonies and have used up all your water? You have to have a pressurized garden hose ?

      They make all kinds of transfer pumps for this purpose. Battery-powered, cordless drill powered, hand-level, foot pumps, etc.

      I have an idea to include a couple of bypass valves and lines for the pump to allow refilling while in the boondocks. The pick up would be filtered so if you needed to you could pull water. from any source. Obviously there would be a need to sanitize the system afterwards if you are going to use it for drinking water again, but in an emergency that would be extremely handy, as opposed to slowly filling up through the normal inlet with some sort of transfer container

    Just need the vent part details. I have the rest set up and it's great. Filling with no vent is a no go.

    I am transitioning from WaterPort to this. Why can’t I fill from hose and build up the pressure that way? What am I missing to understand?

    If installing inline pump, does the system still need the vent valve installed?

      If you don’t have a vent, you will need the inlet to be passive and not a closed system to allow air in and out. With 14 gallons, you will run into cavitation issues if you don’t vent. your fill inlet is basically like a funnel then you will be fine but if you’re inlet like mine and it hooks up directly to a hose, then you will have pressure issues not allowing you to fill completely. Basically you would have to fill a little bit and then crack the hose connection to allow the air to escape and then do it again, repeating that process until full

    will it fit in interior spear tire of rav4 ?

    • @trailedonline
      @trailedonline  4 місяці тому

      it depends if you can fit a 29 inch tire inside that spot. The tank itself is 29 inches in diameter and 6 1/2 inches thick. You should be able to determine if it’ll fit.

      I.D. 1/2" for the inlet. I.D. 3/8" on the outlet.
