This video was awesome. I miss seeing Alexander’s videos and his riding has definitely improved. Phil, you hit that jump line so nicely it makes it look like you’re flying calmly through space. That slick terrain looked pretty sketchy too but y’all killed it! Keep up the good work!

Man Phil has been on absolute fire lately 🔥🔥🔥 His channel definitely leveled up in 2021. Seems happier and to be enjoying it more. This one was sick (Mountain Creek was great too).

I ALWAYS enjoy watching Phil ride so much, there's just something about his style that's beyond boss level. He makes it look effortless, fun and gnarly at the same time. A rolling paradox.. 🤙
But man oh man how sick it was to get some follow cam on the STS. Even though he mentioned being a bit dialed back he ride like an absolute ace in those slippery conditions. Popping like a bunny and throwing him fearlessly through tight turns 🤘
The skill you show off in this video is insane! I think it may be because I have ridden all of the trails in the video bu the fact u bombed paint it so fast in the wet blind is crazy. I remember sliding down the steep section of paint it on my but during the go nuts enduro there in august and you just shredded it!
Phil - another great video of you pushing the stoke on everything you touch and we get Alex at the same time. The 2 for 1 deal. May I have another. Alex was putting on his own stoke. I love watching him rip the berms. Thanks for continuing to have an impact on so many of us.

You ever venture West a little bit and hit up White Clay or Brandywine? Been to Allaire a few times. Remember there being a lotta sand and it was real flat, but it's a big place and I probably missed some spots.

Anyway, I'm real depressed. I crashed on "Gronk" back in July at Thunder Mtn in Mass.
Doc says I need surgery to repair the ligaments I tore in my shoulder.
I didn't realize until I couldn't ride anymore, just how much I've fallen in love with this sport.
I was wearing my gear, my Bell Super-R saved my head for sure.
I'm 49, but I grew up riding dirt bikes and bmx bikes as a kid and that desire never really went away. Then, Covid hit and America, (well, the world really) went silly buying bikes.
I ended up spending around $4000 on a YT Jeffsy 27.5 and like I said, fell in love with it.
I've met a ton of great guys already n have been hitting large drops and wanted to get into jumps again like when I was young...so yeah....bummer.
Love your channel and content. Been watching you for a couple of years. Maybe I'll meet you someday and you can sign my bike hahaahaaa.

I'm planning a Whistler trip in 2023 and have been working on my jumping skills because I really want to send some of the jump trails there, particularly A-Line. I'm just starting to clear some of SE Style now. How would you compare SE Style to the jump trails in Whistler?

Kanuga rocks. Some of the best shaped jumps in the game. Been there a couple times when it’s dry but I’d imagine wet leaves and slick hard pack clay make for a white knuckle experience. We followed a group down Paint it Black and one of them ended up in the trees after that first drop. Believe he broke his leg but we didn’t stick around to find out. Sick ride nonetheless.
Yeah sucks having to pedal up, next time I'll rent an ebike, but I agree. Been pretty much to every bike park along the East Coast and Kanuga has some of, if not the best jump trails around. I wouldn't wanna ride in these conditions though. As you know, it's a lot steeper and rockier in person, and with the wet leaves and a lotta trails being off camber, I'd be pretty nervous.
