    Tommy you are ploughing all your energy into all the wrong things. There's really only two things you need to worry about and that is profit margins and sell through rates. Focus on those two things and everything else needs to become background noise. It's quality not quantity.

      @@Jackiesharonhill Hiya, Thankyou for your comment, please elaborate on the wrong things I’m putting my energy into, am I being blind to my own actions? 🤔
      See, I agree with you, to a point. I agree that when sourcing new items for your business those are the two most important things, Sell through rate & profit margin, those should be the things that are the deciding factor to either purchase a new item to resell in your business or not. If those things aren’t there, we need to avoid those items and prevent them from making their way into our eBay stores.
      However, once you have accumulated a backlog of stock using those two things as a filter in the first place, they are no longer that important. The next priority is to clean, photo and list accurately. As you already know it’s good stock that you have.
      For example, I chose to focus on the larger items in my backlog first, as they will free up the most space for me, In my little office, when they do sell.
      Or are you referring to me talking about the type of stock I am listing / looking to list etc?
      As with this, my highest repeat buyer category it’s video games & media & then toys and games.
      This means, my store is frequently visited by the same people looking for a certain type of item, if I was to not focus on that type of item and just look at soley the profit margin, I would no longer be catering to my “repeat buyer” audience and those regular shoppers may go elsewhere.
      This is why I notice when I list toys more toys that I had listed for over 30 days will sell. And the same, if I focus on listing clothing, clothing items over 30 days old will start to sell. It very much seems like whatever you are listing today, helps to push other listings in those same categories that are already on your store 🤷‍♂️
