Bringing up more and more regulatory bodies, involving in their autonomous status doesn't solve the existing problems... empowering existing institutes like ICAI, etc, giving more importance to whistle blowers helps better and such moves shows the commitment of governments to eradicate non compliances and save public wealth.

So rightly said. This is one of the few speeches I've come across which was purely based on facts and logic unlike those who are supporting the government blindly in praising any bill in the illusionary fake hope of bringing transperancy. I think the hon' govt just wants to peep in every professional system with their team of uneducated people to earlier run the country and now the economy as well. If it is going this way, their no point in calling professional bodies an autonomous institution. The time has come when the ministers would come and ask to head the medical associations and soon to conduct the surgical medical operations as well. I have deep sorrow for the autonomy which seems to an end soon.

Unfortunately CMA's have very little scope.
Though we have some complaints about ICAI, at the end of the day it is our mother. We support ICAI. Don't establish IIA just for the sake of competition. There's no point in it.

Is this a govt. fault if resolution plan is not viable ? If resolution plan not viable for COC, then NCLT can order for liquidation.
Also bankers should think 100 times before extending loans to companies whose net worth is eroding continously. Thats why govt amended schedule III to bring on more transparency.

Resolution plan is provided by resolution applicant u/s 29A, if the resolution plan meets all the legal requirements i.e. compliance with law, payment to OC, in short requirements u/s 30, then COC will approve the plan and finally NCLT give approval. Also, if within time limit no feasible plan provided then NCLT can order for winding up. Please read IBC code, 2016 before commenting.

After Satyam scandal the finger was raised on the 4 big firms .. it’s also fact that how these 4 big firms ( partners) work in hand with promoters to fudge the balance sheets and vital parameters .. that why Govt decided to appoint more firms those will be also responsible for financial audits..
Why not appoint auditors of important companies by the government? The auditor will report to the government and then the shareholders

Agr kuch krna in favour of CA students to unke ke lia government sectors mai job opportunity deni chaiye exam conducted by UPSC jisme tax and accounts department mai CA students ke lia new paper on the area of tax accountancy new paper add hone chaiye CA's ki position government sectors mai higher postions tak increase krni chaiye because they play in important role in building economic growth of country but hume end of the day milta kya hai nyi body setup by govt. Which have reservations jisme talented candidate bs cuttoff ki wjha se reject ho jae aur unse kam number pane wale student ko seat mil jae ..this is not fair...ICAI best for us we don't want new institute ...kash in sab ki jgha bccho ke lia socha jata jo 5 saal mehnat krke CA bnte ..aur ab usee 5 saal baad bhi uska future competition mai nikle na ...but thankyou to those ministers who stands with us thankyou for your support only you are our hope🙏
A ₹500 Note has it's value irrespective of its possession, whether it's crushed, or even torn(u can change it with RBI).
Likewise a Professional is a Professional. NO need of feeling Insecure🙄. I don't think bringing up of IIA will threaten our Profession.
One point you missed is that the torn 500rupee note will get its value only after getting exchange from RBI with a new 500rupee note. Same thing apply to you explanation with your concept
