Hello my friends, glad to see your spirits up. The morning there looks so peaceful. Even the afternoon ride on the bumble bea looks calm and peaceful. Stay blessed. Hopefully, gas prices will go down soon.
Thank you my brother. Mornings are the best time for me; specially in this summer heat. It’s been reaching over 100 degrees Fahrenheit each day while we where in Iloilo City. I love the peace and quiet life in the province. Gas prices here are tied to the U.S. dollar. When the dollar exchange to peso goes up; so does gas prices.

I had my first malunggay pandesal about 5 years ago in Kalibo, Aklan. It is now sold almost everywhere in Aklan province. Malunggay or Moringa is a super food; healthier pandesal. 😀
A teaspoon of moringa powder in my smoothie has helped me be one of the only one percent who have survived the liver cancer I have or maybe had. Going on five and a have years. Only two percent make a couple of months past the surgery.
@@LR-je7nn Thank you for sharing the information on Moringa powder. I have been eating fresh malunggay as much as I can. I will definitely get some moringa powder and add to my protein smoothies.

@@lenmuertegui2662 Yes, Cebu has malunggay pandesal. It is being franchised all over the Philippines.

Good video!!
Thank you our friend!
Does it actually have malunggay in it?
Yes; it has tiny bits of malunggay leaves added to the pandesal.

Hi Guys,
New subscriber. I'm 75 and my wife and I are thinking about retiring to the Philippines. Well, I am definitely thinking about Boracay.
I have had enough of the United States. Our current president is the reason gas is $6 a gal.
I guess you guys are Philippino and don't have to worry about visa runs. That's an advantage for sure.

@@dazeltv1351 Hi Ginno,
I left you a comment on your chemo video. Good luck.
I have a lot of experience dealing with liver cancer. I spend hours a day researching ways to beat it and health issues in general.
So early and open for business… 🎉
People like to get their pandesal early for breakfast. The bakeries normally have them ready by 5am. :)
❤🙏
Thank you our friend.
It's 3pm and Dazel has just got out of bed😂😂😂😴😴😴😴🤷🙏
From her afternoon nap. 😀 3pm is our meryenda time (afternoon snack time).
