OK, I just want to thank you for this video. My 99 Vulcan Classic 1500 had not been run in nearly a year. New battery in and away it started to get the oil circulating. Then into gear and crunch!! A quick search of the internet and I found your video. I've just followed your instruction and now my clutch is working. I could see into the end the air so gentle squeezing and it got the air out of the piston. I'm grateful you took the time to do this video as I wasn't sure how to bleed a hydraulic clutch.
Thank you so much dude I have been looking for the last 3 days tonight is ride night and I found your video thank you very much keep those videos of quick fixes and no hows and what to do videos on these beautiful motorcycles thank you so much God bless
I got a problem with mine I have no fluid in the system I fill it up with fresh fluid and I can't get fluid down the line I cracked it at the bottom but stil no fluid got any ideas what I do now?
Undo the banjo bolt completely and bleed the master cylinder first by holding the hole closed with your finger ...pump the lever few times...let finger go ...air will come out...repeat one more time... holding the lever reconnect the line and by losing the bolt after pumping few times continue bleeding the air out . ..like in the video. When you start feeling a difference let the air out on the bottom after continue pumping few times too. If you having trouble you can also purchase vacuum pump at auto parts store. Connect it to the bottom bleeder bolt and suck the fluid thru that way...hope this helps. Thanks for your interest and please subscribe to help me out
