tbh 2020 doesnt feel like a wild one at all for me. Its just depressing, or smth like that.. all the shit i did in 2019, like partying travelling and using alot of tinder, seem pointless now and for the future, once i got forced to stop it all.
for me life is lowkey now and its weird to get ajusted to it. I like your vibes tho, so thanks for that.

Don't know if this has already been said, but the bowl fixing is a part of Japanese philosophy called 'Kintsugi'. The idea being that our histories, our traumas, our experiences are not something to be ashamed and covered, but rather something to be celebrated and highlighted, for they make us unique. From pain and brokeness, comes beauty, or as they say in Hindu philosophy, 'the lotus grows in the mud.'

Bro idk how you do it. usually I hate “vibey” hipster stuff like this. Or when fitness channels focus too much on cinematography. You can tell that you are talented at many aspects of life, so this feels genuine and necessary
Thanks man, I am not a fan of 'cinematics' in fitness videos myself, but I guess it depends how you define it. This was just tripod shots placed on a timeline... no transitions or effects or anything. I think shot selection and pace are what give a video a feel, over that other stuff.

Love the unusual calming edit, the plate fixing part was really special, it really symbolises that sometimes we have to accept the fact that we aren't born perfect, through life and journey we learnt to pick ourselves up and fix ourselves, and becoming this imperfect beautiful human creature. Nobody is born perfect, nobody has a perfect symmetrical chest and abs, but it's how we train them and lean down, we outwork anybody, and eventually our sculpted unique shape of body becomes an art itself.
I actually feel like isolation has made him so much better. Like even more mentally sound than he already was. Quite an inspiration. Since this guy as worked his was up not to be famous or special or have money, he may have these things however. Hes achieved something far greater. Mental clarity and stillness. He just seems like he is very present to the moment effortlessly.

There was something really captivating about this one.
