Janice I make a mean fried rice, I DON'T use any traditions recipes. I actually add a kilo of finely diced chicken and a kilo of finley diced ham with 2 kilos of rice. 8 eggs mixed in at the end, 800 grams of finely chopped shallots, 600 grams peas, 900 grams finely chopped red AND green capsicum 😉 with a dash of garlic powder and 500 grams of sesame seeds 😉 That's my OWN recipe DON'T KNOCK IT TILL YA TRY it Janice 😉 Lol
All my travel plans for this year's been scrapped thanks to COVID and some of my usual restaurants have also sadly closed so thank you for all the reccomendations around Sydney
