I would love if you could do a series on "best books: summer reads," "best books: thrillers" etc for different genres and/or moods. I love your recommendations and this would be super helpful!
awesome, looking forward to it. I read Across the Universe and We Were Liars this week based on your video with Essiebutton & really enjoyed them! PS I think you would really like "Snow Flower and the Secret Fan" if you haven't already read it, probably the best book i've read in the past few years - really powerful :)
I love your booktube channel since so little people I am subscribed to tend to boarden their horizons from YA and read different things. Great channel indead :)
So many great titles I've never heard of before! And I vote yes for another round of Wreck This Journal - maybe I'll finally be able to bring myself to do it too! :)
Im reading Harrys Last Stand atm. And so far love it. I love his view on wats become of our society and how different things were when he looks back at his younger years.
The bookshop crawl sounds good and I will definitely be participating! I found it interesting how you tend to pick up books that you have never heard of, might try this when I have a less daunting TBR pile :D
Hi, my name is Natalie and I'm from Moscow. You know, I watched one of your videos where you just tell about yourself and your English, so I checked your earliest videos and your English already was very good! I've got a Bachelor in Linguistics this month, so I find it incredibly interesting to watch you speak English thought it's not your native language. I'd be quite ashamed to record my speech and listen to it (English I mean), though I've no problem communicating with people. Anyways, just wanted to tell you how cool you are!
Thanks for exciting me for books again. I always loved and read books but recently I just didn't read so much (only for Uni) but now I'm so excited by books again and want to read everything at once,I'm really sucked in by books again, thanks so much! (and by the way thanks for doing a video with Estée, I don't think I would have come across your channel otherwise)
I love my wreck this journal! :D Also, I just want to say that I watched your youtube introductions type video, and it helped me have the guts to start my own, along with other booktubers who inspired me too - your video helped me just go for it, and not worry about it, so thank you. x
The book crawl sounds like so much fun! Also The Day of the Triffods was really cheap on Kindle the other day so I got it after hearing you talk about it on your videos. :) :) I shall have to read it soon!
Viper Wine sounds amazing! Thanks for the recommendation, I've never heard of it before, but it definitely fits nicely with my recent Stuart obsession (:
I justwanted to say that I am glad that you aren't one of those booktubers who only read YA books (I still move many of them, but I really wish that they would bring more diversity to their library) I have been trying to read more diverse books (not just diverse in YA, but also in other genres and stuff) myself because I feel a bit guilty for not having many books that are not YA books or classic books in my library.
The Supernatural Enhancements sounds super interesting, so I was a bit disappointed to find out I'll have to wait until August to read it. I might have to look into reading a bit of H. G. Wells while I wait. I love the variety that your book haul contained!
Really looking forward to reading Lemongrove and Everyday Sexism, two different but totally awesome books waiting on my kindle! So lovely to meet you today :-) x
Harry's Last Stand and Everyday Sexism are books that I really want to read, I love your videos because you always have a variety of books and I always find new stuff to add to my TBR list!!! I would definitely watch another WTJ video :)
Before the end of the end of the video I ordered Cardigan Heart and another zine from Lizzy Stewart! I love that you feature artist like this, because I'm an animator myself. So I am very into illustrations. x m
So many lovely books! I want to read #GirlBoss. The Lemon Grove also sounds interesting and like it would be a good summer read. I haven't heard of Barbara Comyns before, but I'm going to look her up (and those covers are beautiful). The Bookshop Crawl sounds like a lot of fun! If I lived in London I'd participate :)
Hi Shanne! I'm from Brazil and I found your channel by accident and I really liked! You are amazing and as well as your videos. I subscribe and now I'll watch all your videos. Thank you! xx
Just found your channel and I'm totally subscribing. Your awesome sauce haul definitely makes me want to branch out from the regular young adult fiction I read (:
I've just downloaded samples of Harry's Last Stand and Everyday Sexism to my kindle. I struggle with paper books as I'm dyslexic. I'm new to your channel, and love a good book.
I'm still trying to plan out my day for the bookshop crawl. So far I've only found 3 participating bookstores anywhere near me (Cumbria) and they're all around 30 miles from each other. If I had a car, there'd be a possibility.
I searched for the everyday sexism book like over half a year and it even didn't had a cover back then and I was like I need to buy this when it's out and forgot about it, so thanks for reminding me :).
I REALLY hope you like The Lemon Grove - I absolutely adored it. Can't wait to hear your thoughts on #girlboss and Everyday Sexism - ES is definitely really interesting in the way it translates from Twitter/the website etc into a book. Great haul, as always!
I really want to participate in the bookshop crawl. Sadly there are only two bookshops in my town, and I'm too far away from anyahere else. Still, I can visit both of those at least!
I was wondering if you could make a review on "Harry's last stand"? May be not a whole video, but just a couple of words. The description got me really interested
I'm really curious about The Supernatural Enhancements! I read House of Leaves last summer, without any idea of what I was getting myself into. It was only later that I realized that it's intensely studied book by scholars with all kinds of theories behind it. Super weird, and I wonder if Edgar Cantero's book inspires the same intrigue.
I really want to do the #bookshopcrawl in D.C. (don't live here but am here for a bit), but I've already bought 8 books this month, so...maybe not? Haha. Looking forward to seeing your video for it, though!
Will you do a review of the Barbara Comyns books? They look really interesting but I'm not quite sure if I'll like them. I'm more at home in the fantasy/contemporary section, but if they are good I would give them a try :)
You always introduce us to so many interesting books. Gosh I just love you so much.
You should tell us to make a cup of tea at the beginning of every video, because I know I sure did. It's like tea time with Sanne!
Those black penguin classics in the background provide me with so much satisfaction... The zen is in the room.
I would love if you could do a series on "best books: summer reads," "best books: thrillers" etc for different genres and/or moods. I love your recommendations and this would be super helpful!
I'm planning on doing one for Gothic fiction soon!
awesome, looking forward to it. I read Across the Universe and We Were Liars this week based on your video with Essiebutton & really enjoyed them! What I always loved about your hauls, is that you seem to pick up books, that i hardly ever see on other people channels.
And please do another Wreck This Journal!
I would love to see a new 'wreck this journal' video x

Hermoine Eyre sounds like a fairy tale character! Love the sound of the book as well! xx
Your book hauls are the only ones I still enjoy watching!
Owww the mini "Wreck This Journal" is so cute! Your book hauls are always interesting c:
I found you through Estee, and boy am I ever glad I followed you!
I like how you bought books that interest and intrigues you and not just mainstream books:) bravo!
I always come to your channel when I need some book buying inspiration or some recommendations for books nobody else is talking about ♡
Can I just say that your channel makes me so happy😊 Thank you for helping me embrace my inner bookworm❤️
Love the look of viper wine! The cover is gorgeous and reminds me of Sofia coppolas Marie Antoinette! X
I've been to Foyels during my last trip to London last week, it does look amazing. Harry's Last Stand sounds fantastic.
Im reading Harrys Last Stand atm. And so far love it. I love his view on wats become of our society and how different things were when he looks back at his younger years.
