It’s important to know which behavioural pattern do you follow, get known to emotions and the patterns. Then try understanding from a third person’s perspective. Always be mindful, if you cannot accept a behaviour for yourself, try not having it while addressing with people around you, because sooner or later the same thing might follow you back.
