Pillion riders safety and comfort is equally important as much of the rider. I was getting complaint of the non foamed backrest hitting the tailbone, and hence was looking for a solution. Question: Can I install the same on my Classic 350 BS4 ? Are the Gaps between nuts same as old classic?

Hi Mahesh , thank you for informative videos , however I felt that handle of reborn classic are narrow , can we directly replace it with meteor ones with same bar end caps ? Pls suggest
handle change is a very personal topic based on height and riding dynamics preference of the rider. So i dont recommend any changes to things like handle bar as then you may also have to change the wire size for the electricals as well if handle bar is too wide. In case still you plan to do go to a professional or choose a handlebar not wider than the same. Meteor being a cruiser the sitting posture and all is different so i wont recommend to do that. May be another suitable aftermarket specifically for classic 350. Keep in mind the warranty part as well while doing these modifications.

Could you please tell me the tyre pressure you are maintaining and also where you are filling I filled air in different petrol bunks but observed nothing was correct
32 psi front and 36 psi in the rear, usually done at quality petrol bunks which are well maintained.
I am also planning to install it in my Chrome Bronze for my mom

The pillion seat looks extra wide. Which seat is that? Doesnt seem like the touring seat, nor does it looks like the generic seat they provide. Which seat is that?
Also, is the spring helpful or does it not help at all for the 2021 clasic reborn
This is the stock seats of classic 350 reborn new model and one of the most comfortable seats as per pillions feedback. Springs are just for show, its like the 🐘 teeth. They are just for esthetic purposes only. The stocks seats are extremely comfortable even without the springs being operational. I have ridden 600 kms in a day back to back and no back pain what so ever..
Can I fit this back rest in RE classic 500 desert storm?
Or I have to replace the pinion seat to fit?

Well it all depends on the service centre I guess. But I enjoyed doing this and creating a video in case someone wants to do it at home 🏡
There is nothing free in service center It cost me around 3200 with fitting

Yeah true if you get accessories from the showroom they will fit them without any cost but if you visit the RE service centers they will be charging labor costs as well.

Actually Mahesh i have booked Honda highness anniversary edition. They have told that it will be available by next month. So as soon as i receive my bike...i will do the modification very next day. That's why i am pre planning what i will attach other accessories in my bike. So for screw...i don't have idea 😔

Bro I doubt that, however if you can visit the RE showroom and ask them to check if the same can be done. I might visit in a day or 2 if possible will confirm it for you.

I got the backrest fitted from company but it got broken today. Do we have any warranty ?
Warranty gets void under circumstances where the product has broken. How did it break? It’s an extremely strong product.
It's been just 15 days i bought the bike and got the backrest fitted. The mounter broke right at the site where the screws gets in.@@MaheshKarkera

Is a bigger back seat available so that a 2 people can sit on the back seat?
2 people on the back seat is not recommended or allowed by RTO so there are no such options available. However my wife and my 8 year daughter ride comfortably on these stock seats when i ride.

@@faraahbarafwala well if your from mumbai or a proper city, there are so many custom seat curators who can customize it for you. But trust me the stock seats are comfortable changes done may be disappointing or amazing depending on the hands the seats are being cuatomized by. So you need to visit a seat cover shop or a seat customization shop in your city.
