I am proudly an unsatisfied owner of royal Enfield. I have a classic 350 reborn 2022 model. During this 2 year of my ride i visited servicing center many time for issues and spend a lot of money. Explaining issues to technicians and solving problem is like teaching alphabets to a money.
I was negative before buying it. I couldn't buy a Japanese bike because I didn't have money, so I bought an Enfield. I'm very satisfied with it. I'm a mechanic, so I know a lot about machines, and I'm very satisfied.
I think no other motorcycle company is so friendly linked to the customers. As european, I LOVE knowing tha my Himalayan (2020) comes from indin skillfull hands and brains! Thank you for the quality and the charm of your single cylinder engines. At 63 I have understood what really matters in a bike for me, and the Himalayan or the new Bullet 350 have all that! 🧡
After 45 years of motorcycling the Classic 350 is the best bike I’ve ever owned. It will only ever be sold to be replaced with a new one. Classic 350 till I die 😊
People should not spread negativity against Royal Enfield without even owning one. It's not just a bike, it's an entity which you always look after like a family member.
As a fresh Mechanical Enginer , I am eager to work with your company because I have always been a fan of Royal Enfield, and it is my favorite bike brand at all time ☺️☺️
Three months ago, I was just another person who never really got the hype around Royal Enfield. Sure, I respected the brand, but I never saw myself as one of those die-hard fans. That all changed the moment I came across the Guerilla 450. I can still remember that first glimpse - its rugged, unapologetically raw look. I could feel its roar, its presence demanding attention. It wasn't just a bike; it was like it had a spirit of its own. Since that day, something in me shifted. I became a fanboy in the truest sense, counting down the days till I could make it mine, pouring over every review, every photo, dreaming of the rides it would take me on.
What i liked is... the women working equally with men, not making insta reels. These women are contributing to the family and the nation. Very happy and proud to own something which is the outcome to a positive mindset.
I've had an Interceptor 650 for four and a half years, driven it all around Thailand as my primary transport. It's been very reliable on the whole. I recently replaced the accelerator cables as the originals had rusted and were sticking. That was three months ago. Other than that no problems. I did install a YSS front fork kit, which improved the suspension noticeably. What I love about this bike compared to literally every other bike I've owned or ridden is the smoothness and reliability of the gearbox combined with well-engineered throttle action. Also RE service here in Thailand is very good. I've used service centers in Chiang Mai and Bangkok, exceptional experiences with both.
I have a Royal Enfield Standard 350 KSX without electric start. I love to keep on looking it for hours... Each and every parts are purposefully build , which fascinates me alot. A big salute to the team for giving me the taste of heritage
Thanks to all people who made my Ro En Hunter. It‘s a wonderful addition to my MT-09. Pure sound and a nice driving behavior. Greetings from Germany ✌🏻
If they cared about the customers half as HD, it would have been another story. But yeah, here we are. Selling pride and emotions instead of good bikes.
@@maniish2165 bruh in reality its the other way. Actually HD is really using that emotion and nostalgia strategy so they can sell that to ppl who liked HD which comes under a category of bunch of middleage old people in US. RE on the other hand always improves its design to current standard while keeping its legacy in point.
❤️❤️❤️ Very impressed! One miracle stays for me - bring up the quality and the production capacity is a thing that can be achieved quite easily, but getting back the customer trust from a few bike to now over 80.000 a month is something that is miraculous for me - especially in such a short time as RE did it!
The inspiring manufacturing and design story should reflect on the ‘service’ part too. Having a wide range of bike offerings now, they have a lot to improve there, and if they do, there’s no one miles near them! Service revolution! Liked the thoughts of CXOs, especially one of them saying ‘It is the aspirations that we manufacture’. Which is true and that attitude should reflect in every sales representative. Writing this after owning RE for 9 years and scheduled a new delivery this weekend.

I've been a passionate Royal Enfield rider since 2017, enjoying various models. Recently, I purchased the Himalayan, but I've faced multiple engine complaints. While the bike's ruggedness is impressive, I'm worried about the quality standards I expect from the brand. I've tried reaching out via email, but my concerns seem to be ignored. I'm curious to hear if others have had similar experiences.
