Its very safe to use and also its quite cheap to make this when compared to the branded ones in the shops. You can try out different colors at home. Anyways I'm wondering can I store it outside right on my dresser? I'm asking coz it's been 4 days and I'm seeing some white growth on top layer, almost like some fungus or something. So I'm surprised and wondering if I should be putting in fridge?? I don't mind making again and storing as you suggest as I loved it :)) Thank you!
HI Anchal, I am glad you find the lipstick recipe helpful. You can use turmeric, beetroot powder, rose petal powder, rose essence and make different colours. You can even mix the colours which is fun to do. It gives different shades.
Hi Swati, Beeswax acts as the base for lipstick. It is the natural alternative for the chemical substance that is used in the commercial lipsticks. YOu can use beetroot juice but you have to refrigerate the lipstick and use it within 2 weeks, otherwise it will spoil because of the juice.
