I liked those doors too. These boxes are 6 foot tall so to reach in the top to find something made it hard. I New many guys who had the lift top boxes with all there sockets in the top and then used a step stool to get what they needed. Maverick mechanic is that 1970's car maverick or 2020's maverick truck or something else?
It's a rare type of toolbox my uncle had special order it from Mac tools. He used it for a few years and sold it to me. Sorry I was wrong I brought it from him in the early 1990s. 😊😊
