We met him in Deeg, Rajasthan, and heard to his thrilling and adventurous travel tales, learning about the amazing people he encountered along the way and even how he raised a squirrel as if he were the father of those precious lives. Our entire encounter sharing those experiences gives us goosebumps. Salute to his courage and zeal for leaving everything behind and cycling the entire length of India.✨

My father served in BRO for entire career from '64 till '86 .. right from Roads in Leh/Ladhakh..Airfield in Leh..Himachal, Lunglui/Tawang area in Mijoram to Sandblasting scorching areas in Rajasthan..grew hearing stories as how terrible terrain it was..no water, no food, no transport ...and yet to carve out roads there.
Now People feel great sense of achievement by traveling on these smooth roads on comfortable vehicles..just think what it was like to build these roads 60 years back

Mr. Firoz what an enthusiast he is. I was in Hanley on 6th October so we decided to go to Umling la but a shortcut took us to ZURSAR I.e 50 kms deroute and on our way back to umling la this man on cycle was cycling up a hill I.e 10 kms straight up. He’s been in Ladakh from past two months. Always have a passion to live this life when I grew old. 🙌
