You can go. But road is very steep. Check my vlog also. Boog To Nurbule Top road is totally off road

Aman bhai, ek question please clarify karo. If we take a rented bike from Manali with HP number plate, will there be an issue if we travel from Manali-Jispa-Tso kar-Hanle? Any issues from Local ladakh people? We are not going to Leh.
Every year this clash happen between leh and Hp. Rental bike guide you about such problem.

No permit is required for sach pass. Just to wait for open the sach pass.

Do nepalese tourist are allowed to visit umlingla?
For foreigners it is not possible to apply online for Khardung La, Pangong or UmlingLa, Nubra. It can be requested at the agencies in Leh or at the DC&SDM office (it is more advisable to request it at an agency). On Sunday it is closed, so it is not possible. For national tourists, it is possible to obtain permits online any day.

I will not suggest travel via sedan.. Due to low ground clearance 😔
