You are a very active guy Rick, do you think duck, chicken and fruit will give you enough energy? Do hope you can move out of the city very soon so you have access to beef. Good advice for everyone to grow and eat carbs when beef is outpriced. At the same time, we need to take a stand also, or meat will disappear from store shelves eventually.
When I see a sale I stockpile too . Empty fridge full freezer. I’d eat those bananas with you Rick if I had too ! I am A carnivore though but food is super expensive.

Yes! They have so much surface area and evaporate water which lowers the air temperature. The shade keeps the ground cooler.

I'm lucky to get ground beef for $3 per pound here in North Texas
They want over 4 dollars a pound here and i used to get it for 99 cents a pound marked down as late as 2021.

Presidente is around the corner from me but they never have good deals on beef, just pork and chicken.
I love sardines but they doubled in price and have not been on sale.

Good question. Hopefully I will find some good deals on meat soon but I have a stock pile that should last me a full month.
