I liked most of what you done but #2, the old vanity broke my heart. That was worth restoring. That was a beautiful piece with a ton of potential.
Yes, I was heartbroken about that too. That was an Art Deco puece, quite possibly pre war and would have been fairly valuable. Any value has now bern completely destroyed by the chopping up if the piece. Such a shame.

I agree. She butchered the second one. Kinda stopped watching after that one.
It all depends what part of the country you're at. Here in central IL no one likes or pays for Art Deco vanities but everyone needs End tables or nightstands-- a lot of work tho!
Yeah I get it though it hard to sell vanity but nightstands would sell but I would have left it wood.

omg. you murdered a beautiful art deco waterfall vanity. i have been wanting one exactly like that for the pasr 50+ years. you hurt my heart. now it looks likw 2 US postal boxes. 😢😢😢

No. 1 was my favorite #2 almost killed me when you cut the dresser in half but it actually turned out really nice 👌 👍

I love them all! Numbers 9 & 10 were genius! They turned out so nice - and I have the same bookcases sitting in my garage because I couldn’t see them as anything other than 80s entertainment set towers! You have inspired me!

My heart sank when they were sawn in half. The glass doors could have been taken off and turned into two beautiful bookcases or even joined together. As they are now, they serve less of a purpose than they could have done.

Thank you! My go to stripper is Klean Strip. I’ve tried so many different ones and that one seems to work the best for me.
Those popsicle sticks make such a mess, I use a puddy spatchula, it works so much better. It pushes the bond or wood fuller into your project better & cleaner

I'm watching you ripping the back off the dresser. I do better on those jobs wearing a pair of leather gloves. Game changer for me, better grip and I don't cut up my hands as much.

Well done! You inspire me to repurpose furniture. I do have one suggestion, in one of your pieces you stated what you paid for the two pieces and the materials used to produce the finished product then what you listed the pair for, really helps me out being new to this, it will help me price my pieces when finished. Would you in your up coming videos show what you paid and list for so I can get an idea how to price my pieces. Thanks

Thank you Andrea! I actually just sell on Facebook marketplace and OfferUp. I thought about doing consignment but on average I usually only have 2-3 completed pieces for sale at one time so they don’t take up too much space in my house.
@@UniqueUpcycles that’s cool. We have a shop that sells consignment furniture for designers. That type of place I was thinking and wondering if you had tried that? I haven’t done as many flips as you but you make it look so easy! Lol… I know it is not. But I enjoy it.

Love the music...just a quick question. The syringe you used on #9 do you have issues with the needle clogging?
Thank you! It does come with a cap but sometimes I have to poke a small nail in the top to get it open again but other than that I’ve been using that same glue syringe for about 6 months now.
What color stain did you use on the #3 flip?? It was gorgeous!
That was Varathane Espresso. I did 2 coats I believe to get it that dark.
these are all so amazing. i have to ask, are you priming inside with that zinsser bin? i have no outdoor space to work in (except my yard which is in direct sunlight) & i wanted to start using that primer instead of the 123 but everyone says it’s so smelly & not to use it indoors.
Yes I prime inside. I just open a window to get some ventilation. If you’re really sensitive to fumes you can always use a respirator while you use it but you should be fine with ventilation. The smell doesn’t bother anyone else in the house. Plus the smell disappears after it dries and it dries pretty quick.

You do excellent work,however, I feel you should have some kind of music that matches your work maybe something a little bit more classy. Choosing a song that has the f word in it was uncomfortable....just saying.
