Night fighting as Pact for your second mission, you poor guy. Glad you're enjoying the game! (By the way, the night sight is meant to be used in manual mode, so it will stop snapping around for lead and superelevation. Aiming the rangefinder also doesn't work in the night sight unless your range happens to be at zero, because the sight doesn't adjust the same way as the day sight. Check the T-80B guide for more info.)
By default your platoon is in a file behind you. You can tell them to get on line to get more fire power when you crest hills. If they're in file behind you, they wont be able to engage since they will be below the crest of the hill.
RE: the screenshot material comment, check out the in-game keybind pop-up (F1 during a mission) as it tells how to use the free cam and the timescale controls. You can get really nice shots if you fly around and frame them up a bit.
Yea I had just noticed that after the fact lol. But the new missions featuring the T-80b were the main point and I could've used better wording to explain that.
Nice :) Also since you're pretty new to the game I would recommend you read the gunnery guides Thay give a nice overview of the vehicles and how there different fire control systems work And also GHPC has a lot of small details a few include - the T-55A haveing different fander combinations - the laser rangefinder mark being in a different place on any T-72 - all the vehicles in-game have randomly customized luggage and most people will not notice these details but there in-game
@@Check_Vibe0 another cool detail is sometimes when you spawn in a T-80B you will see suitcases stripped to the snorkel This is a real historical detail as often times Soviet tank crews would bring extra clothing with them when they were on exercise in Germany
Its great how several of the effects like fire, smoke, explosions, sounds, etc of this early access indie game are better than WT I hope the graphics keep improving and maybe get an expansion/DLC in the future with more modern tanks and snow or desert environments
dont forget to drop flares and smoke as pact reason for flares is obvious. but the smoke from arty, as opposed to defensive smoke and engine smoke, can in fact block thermals. can come in handy if you need to close the distance with an Abrams also you were supposed to encounter more enemies on the second mission, i would recommend clearing both Ekho and Yuri properly if you were to attempt this mission again to get the full experience
How long until the developers realize they are taking the most satisfying part of the game away from you with the smoke plume? Watching your contact is the best part, not staring at a smoke plume. Every time you fire, it’s like blue balls.
Only thing I don't like in this game is that horrible engine sound. Its sounds like vacuum cleaner. If they ever fix that with more realistic sound I'm ready to buy.

AHA! That would definitely explain my confusion and such during the night fight. And as another guy said, I should Probably read the guides lol.

Yea, I used freecam for the intro. But I’ll def use more freecam video for future content!
Bro went night mode in a Warsaw Pact Tank as his first 3 missions 💀💀💀
Edit: but still performed better than me on top of that
Also the T-80B has already been in-game for a few months
And also you can turn on English subtitles for the Soviet and east German crews

I love seeing people playing the same missions the same way I do and having completely different endings.
Nice :)

True, I've been looking at the guides and they are Very helpful!
I noticed the randomized luggage on some M1's at first and I thought it was so cool.

Not IR. It's UV lights with an Image Intensifier.
Absolutely love to see you making good videos (I KNOW WHERE YOU LIVE AND YOUR FULL NAME)
Wrong
No😭
16:25 it's not the range finder it's the night sight it is off set because it's another sight
"As you can see", shows an almost black screen....
looks nice

Yea, I think one day we'll see Leopards in game.

That’s just how gas turbines sound.
It’s a gas turbine, it very much is realistic.
"lemme try something" - does exactly the same shit you did 30 seconds before. What a joke xD
