FL Studio - Sync Acapella to your beat - Warbeats Tutorial
Вставка
- Опубліковано 5 жов 2024
- from www.warbeats.com : In this video I try to describe a few ways to sync an acapella to your own beat. As with many things in life, there are many ways to do this so don't be shy, let us know your methods too.
Had to come to this video again, notice my comment was off the top comments, so I'm saving you from 22 minutes of this guy babbling.
1) Load acapella into Edison
2) Fill in tempo on edison by right clicking on the title to the right
3) Save and drag new sample to playlist
4) Open channel settings for audio clip
5) Time Stretching > Time Knob > Right click, choose Autodetect.
There you go. 22 minutes more to work on your music.
dosent work :s
***** Audodetect isnt reliable.
+TheFragile1991 Thanks man lol
+That Burnt Toast It's not really autodetect bc you already saved your tempo earlier, it's just using the tempo you put
Someone please give this awesome man a cookie!!
Thank you so much. I used to sync acapellas a different way but struggled with a certain acapella and your video really helped me out.
nfx makes the best tutorials. i can guarantee that every major producer to emerge in the last few years has watched at least one of Nelson's tutorials.
... had I found this tutorial a few years back I could have saved myself ridiculous amounts of time and effort trying to build a beat around the tempo of the acapella. I'm just glad to have found it at all.
The most helpful videos for producers that i have found, i didnt know about inputing tempo info so thanks very much for this you legend
you dont even know how much you helped me man you helping me get to that new level you was talkin about
very good tutorial thats the only tutorial you ever need for acapella tempo adjusting!!! i used this teknique allways!
Many thanx! I've been racking my brain on how to do this, your explanation has made this task, so much easier!

great tutorial! i'm glad you spoke through it F everybody else. i just have to learn how to program my drums better because i use a 16/8 time signature so normally my bpm be around 300. i'm goin to check to see if i can set a acapella around there so i can make it easier on myself...if not i'll be learning something new again. once again thanks!

Hey man thank you so much. I learned a lot in 14 minutes on how to perfectly fit an acapella to my own beat! I have FL Studio 10 Producer Edition
This helps so much...even when recording your vocals to a beat and it's off a little...instead of recording over

yes. tweak the pitch knob down. And make sure the Time Stretch is set to one of the Pro settings
Really well explained this will help me a lot thank you
Oh man, this video has been a FANTASTIC help. Thank you very very much nfxbeats.
you the man.. everything i know about fl studio i almost learnt from you..
thanks mayn..
but it would be cool if you did a tutorial of how to do the westcoast whistle.. i know how to get that sound, but its hard to make it sound good in piano roll..
Awesome tutorial! I love your tutorials, and I hope to see some more great ones coming from you.
everyone always hates on fl as a program and never give it enough cred. hallf those ppl dont even know how to use their own shit. this guy can outdo anyone with just fl.
btw never knew about tap tempo. this guy always teaches me somthing :D
this guy is pure genius!
wow i never knew FL could do that! thank you very much for this!!!
this is absolutely useful. Thanks for all the great vids of yours.
This is amazing. I've learned so much of nfxbeats. Thank man
nice vid, unbelievable how fl can restretch the sample at micro scale so it keeps the same tone...
i'm happy with the 20 minutes, becuase it goes really deep inside the explanations. very cool tut. :)
It's perfect for beginners.
Another great method that i use sometimes is matching the bpm in virtual DJ you could copy a beat or save it to your harddrive load it onto the virtual dj along with the accapella that you want to use hit the beat match button or sync button it will match the tempo automatically and you could just let the accapella play out by itself while recording it (note:remember to match the accapella to the beat not the beat to the accapella) and once you have that finish rec then you could import in FL
DUDE!!! ur a legend!!!!
uve helped me out soooo much!!
much respect!
i learned more from this guy than from any other video 5 stars
pro default is one of my main features i use in everyday sampling its greeaat!
Great job, it was a long tutorial but it was just what i needed

Another great tutorial man . loving it .
i love your vids they explain things so well...good job man thanx alot
Wow great tutorial. I don't have fl but I can still apply this with other daws. There is software that can just read the tempo of a song for example the Mixmeister Bpm Analyzer.
Vote this dude for president men!!
Nice tutorial again!
Brother!!! I am a professional producer and I'm STILL learning new things in FL STUDION XXL PRODUCER and when I get stuck trying something new I come to War Beats. Keep doing what you do. Why don't you have a channel with advertisers. Look in to it.. you should get paid.
Thanks a bunch.

BEST TUTORIAL OF TIME STRETCHING THX (Y) !!
Thanks again warbeatz. Great as always
@xCyberFang cool thanks for that. I learned more watching his tutorial a few weeks ago, but your post is very convenient for this second time.
this is one of the best tutorial channels for fruityloops...
Honestly, in theory, his method is most effective. Because he is speaking to EVERYONE, not just people who are smart and well rounded in FL. Some people are beginners, and rather than pausing and rewinding..
I figured this out by myself, protip, most bpms can be googled instead of tapped for accuracy.
Thank you very much man
That actually helps a lot thanks dude
HE is a Pharaoh!!!! let me explain...
Nelson= tutorial king= king of tutorials= king tut. 0.0
You are the best bro ! good job ! thanks for contributing !
Thank you, this was really helpful
Great video
OMG I NEVER KNEW ABOUT THE TAP FEATURE
i have been looking for something like this for ever. i had to use a program called bpm for my iphone :p WOW THANK YOU
i just detect the tempo and make the beat around it....but thanx for posting this, its always good to learn something new....and then you did it wit a Tupac song...respect lmbo
@xCyberFang for someone who can't count to eight, you pretty much summarized it perfectly.
Thanks so much for this, I have 50 accapellas to do this too!
i like your explanations. thank you for this
Nice tutorial helped it alot! Thanks
There might be beat changes in the vocal parts. Try cutting your vocal parts up where they get out of the beat, and adjust the tempo for those parts and see if it helps.
Dude... YOU'RE GOD
YOUR A LEGEND MATE
you are very good !!!! i am happy for my mix & remix !!!! thank you !
itsssss owsome i love these tutorials thanx a lot
You Are Fantastic Man ! You Help Me So Much When I am started produce music hehe
Thank You So much you are Profesionalist !!!
Club Revolution
Sorry I wasn't messing around when I asked which button used for tapping, I just did'nt know cos there is so much to these sequencers that am learning something new every day.
This just helped me so much, thanx man
Thanks for the tips. Little harder when you're working with 'longer' vocals though.
you know i just want to tell you it can be done easier by using adobe audition you can go to view and then you go to display time format the n you click on bars and beats and then you go to edit tempo and then click on extract maybe you knowed this already but i just wantede to tell you this and by the way all your tuttorials rock thank you very much
@Scythax maybe you arent having the sample cutting itself. If you here the second sound starting before the first one ended and they just combine their sound and get all messy and louder, then you just have to right click on the sample and click "cut itself" so that everytime it plays a sample the one before it shuts up.
Great tutorial. Thanks.
You the man. Great Tutorial.
my way is probably the most amateur but it works for me..
if i want to change the original bpm of the acapella.. i put it in virtual dj and change it, then record the file back.
if i just want to work with the original sound, il put it in fl studio, click on it, go to the bottom where the waveform is, right click and choose 'DETECT TEMPO'.. then it will adjust your project to the correct BPM.
just the way i do things thoughh :)
Awesome, I never knew this!
Thanks! These tips are very useful. Regards.
