He was tortured to death over and over as a baby… his soul was likely destroyed by the agony he suffered to be replaced with a mindless being of pure agony and fear of more pain. As his physical body got more Powerful his mind rotted. And then he literally was burned alive in the sun indefinitely. He burns in agony, regenerates and burns alive again and again… he’s just a creature with the soul of a baby trying not to get killed again… he’s not evil rather a product of it. He can sense anything with kryptonian elements hes killed off every living predator and life form on krpyron because he was once killed for over thousands of years by those same creatures he in return developed a special hatred of anything of kryptonian origins it got embedded in his DNA.
To me every iteration of Doomsday makes him less interesting. What I loved about his initial incarnation was what makes me love Michael Myers in the realm of horror. They both are living forces of nature. Ya can’t reason with them, all you can do is hopefully get out of their way. I would have to say throwing him into the Sun would not stop him, for to long at lest. We have seen multiple times that Superman can live inside the Sun, so why not Doomsday. Just like the Hulk. They removed Banner he became more powerful. A mindless killing machine like Doomsday. When they gave Doomsday intelligence it was like putting Banner back in the Hulk. He became weaker.

I'd guess if you want more than one Doomsday you'd just have to cut him in half in a perfect 50/50 split resulting in both halves regenerating. Just have to keep them away from each other so they don't just reattach.

I would have to say throwing him into the Sun would not stop him, for to long at lest. We have seen multiple times that Superman can live inside the Sun, so why not Doomsday. His Body would adapt to become just like Supermans and even give him the ability to leave at some point. Nothing can stop him, he will destroy all, sooner or later.
Kind of my thoughts. Instead of throwing him into the sun I'd toss him into a blackhole, sure he would survive but he'd be trapped forever.

A few things. Doomsday never “killed” Superman. He put him in a comma. And in “BvS” movie WW sword was not the “God killer” sword. You’re mixing universes with that. Her sword was just a regular sword heavily coated in mystic greek, magic. Which all kryptonians are “vulnerable” against. They never established her sword was the god killer.
Any adaptation of the Death of Superman arc where Doomsday doesn't kill Superman negates the purpose of his creation.
