They've been teasing on Facebook. As well, the bassist posted "THA, 2016 is happening" or something along those lines on twitter. Pretty sure metal sucks wrote an article about it. You can follow the members on fb and twitter, they seem to be updating more than then the band's actual fb page. Think they are gonna just gonna drop something randomly in a few months. Plus they just updated their wikipedia for the first time in like 2-3 years. Somethings brewing! I'd keep an eye out!

The Human Abstract are as technically skilled as any musicians out there, but what separates them are the amazing arrangement, composition, direction of motion, and the unique way they transform the nature of their songs.
I truly hope that these guys get together again to do what they do. Because this - This whole fucking album, is fucking BRILLIANT. You guy's truly struck gold on this one. Remember: The real greats are never remembered fully in their time.
This is wonderful music: the lyrics, the meter changes, how clean it is, the guitar tone, nice use of interesting scales, rhymically accurate and together, nice combination of singing styles, and the piano struck a nice chord too (but I have a bias)! Damn it, California and your production of stellar metal bands!
They haven't broken up. The bassist only said that when the idea of splitting came up. AJ has released a statement talking about how THA is taking a break, and that he is actually really mad at the bassist for starting the rumors of the split.
Jeremy Sanchez I wouldn't say junk really, you just have to keep an open mind listening to it and appreciate the different direction they tried taking. I listen to that album on a regular actually. But this is all my opinion!
Veedubbin18 AJ wrote 90% of the material for THA... he's a classically trained musician and he is the most important member of that band... he was not a part of THA for midhaven. He said he felt bad playing classical music as metal. So yes, it's not junk. I can't tell you you're wrong for liking a piece of music. But I can say that they were pretty much an entirely different band for midhaven. THA is a great neo-classical/progressive metal band. I do have to say that between the buried and me is even better... check em out if you haven't. Look up 'ants of the sky' for starters.
If this band is ever to come back and have a soul again, they absolutely need A.J. Minette in the fold. This video is quite possibly my favorite UA-cam music video ever. :)

wow the drummer really doesnt giet enough credit. him, henry and dean have been here the whole time and they are overlooked. but they are extremely amazing and ppl need to recognize! like deans solo in holographic is fucking beast and his taps are so clean live.
