Thanx for the video as I just picked up the drop bear and really liking it. The clutch lock is just perfect n gotta say feels better then the Benchmades. Wanna pick up the all black w purple thumb stud. Take it easy.

@@jeffmee9326 honestly, I have no clue... but I'm sure if you do a search on Etsy you find some good ones. Drop Bear scales are pretty simple as they sit on the liner. If they were inset, you'd find less makers! Oh, if you are in their FB group, you will find the answers there!
@@vucachon Sure. You are right in the thumbstuds are not fully deploying the blade. I have to glide the blade into position via the thumbstuds rather then it just “flicking” open with one touch.
@kegswillgaming2493 I would say do a complete disassembly and reassembly. Make sure all the parts are there. If you don't wsnt to go through that, return/exchange. The drop bear should be smoothe and very enjoyable.
@@vucachon appreciate the response. Ur walkthrough helped a ton with me trying to solve the issue. Didn’t work completely disassembling and putting back together so hopefully Kizer has good customer service. I’ll try to exchange

Many of the best ideas are simple and easy to execute. Kizer simplified this design to near perfection.

It's pretty easy! After a couple of times, you'll be much more comfortable. Clutch-Lock lock is such an efficient design haha

The drop bear is great, I'm just not a fan of those scales. I think the other options look much better.

Hey mine doesn’t open unless i flick my wrist or manually pull it into locked position. Is that normal? the blade has no pop to the open
I'm not quite sure i can imagine your situation. Is it not deploying via thumbstuds? Can you explain more about what's happening?
